He is a genuinely nice man and great customer service skills. He said he would be out in an hour but had a problem with another client but was nice enough to actually let me know that he was running late and i really appreciate that. His knowledge of equipment and machinery was amazing and had it working in like, 20 minutes and the problem was resolved.
