great service and company!

The owner of the company came to do the work himself with a helper and had to dig up my septic which was a challenge to locate. They made it work and got done pumping my clogged and full septic around 5pm. All my toilets and showers were backed up for 2 days as my warranty company sent out a regular plumber instead of a pump truck like I asked. My house was becoming unlivable with the sewage fumes so having them come out as fast as they did saved us from having to endure staying another night under those conditions. I'm selling my house and needed the septic inspection report required by the state. Jay (Jr?) and Fred came out to do the inspection. Went well and Jay (Sr?) delivered the report the same day, explained it and provided supporting documents. I am quite satisfied with the service.

It was actually smaller and they reduced the fee accordingly. I would have had no clue. This is ethical biz practice you do not see often.

Excellent job. I was quoted $300 for tank clean out and was charged $350. I emailed the owner and he said he was sorry for the overcharge because he had me down as having a 1200 gallon tank, when in fact I only had a 1000 gallon tank. He said he would refund me the $50 which he did immediately. He dropped off a check to my house. So honest and both the owner and his son are so nice. They had to dig to find the tank, but they left a red string above ground so that the next time the tank could easily be found. They also thanked me for calling them. Great company!!

We were getting ready for 60 people to our 60yh anniversary party. Tank did not show it needed pumping but we had them come anyway. Turns out we have two tanks. They just pumped the one saving half the cost of the service.

They called immediately and came the next to do the job.
