Had my yard drainage system replaced. About 200 ft of pipes were replaced. Our yard is a beautiful sod landscape. First, he did not use a sod cutter to remove the sod; they simply dug trenches, placing dirt on the grass, resulting in a total disaster. He did not route it in the same way as the original, which resulted in cutting lines to the internet service, and the irrigation system was damaged. And never notified us of this damage, which you clearly knew you had destroyed. Pipes were visibly noticeable above the ground, where the trench was not deep enough. A pipe was not replaced in one of the gutters, so it is still attached to the old system that is not working properly. Did not wrap pipes with fabric or place any gravel to keep dirt from entering pipes. And in no capacity is the ground level where they replaced the dirt. What a mess. Contacted to come out to correct, he said he would return in a couple of days, but never showed up. Called several times after that no answer

Ronald walked off the job and never came back. He also damaged the inside of my house and dug up my yard without putting the dirt back. He also gave a false diagnosis and couldn't figure out what the problem was to my plumbing. I spent more money bringing in another company. DON'T HIRE !!
