Carlos responded quickly. His painting work was very good, but he did NOT clean up his mess, nor rehang curtains. I was unaware until they left that I had all that mess to clean, which took me hours, and it really angered me. I also had to try cleaning up small drops of paint in many areas of my old wood floors, and antique mantle. That mantle is almost 100 years old. I also asked him to do a few other odd jobs around the house, including hanging something for me. I gave him a bag with only the supplies he would need except a small box with many of the same small items where I should have gotten back the remainder. He completed that and returned an empty bag. It was a small and inexpensive box, but it was just careless to me. He is too expensive and I do NOT recommend him.

Carlos arrived on time and completed the job in about 2.5 hours. Great to work with and he is going to probably be working on another project for me soon.

Carlos responded right away and came the same day I posted on HomeAdvisor.....after I got off work, which I really appreciated. He & David did a great job of removing, disassembling and thoroughly cleaning my window A/C unit. They put it all back together & it's up and running like new.

This guy was very friendly and knew some old school tricks to help install my window ac. I thought he was a little pricey considering I helped him lol but I would use him again.

He was extremely supportive of the situation I was in, the house was completed demolished and there was nothing for him to do, but he offered to assist in any way possible. Very nice and understanding and helpful person. Even thou he could not do anything, I greatly appreciated him being there for moral support to the situation. Emma Eberhardt
