We purchased a new a/c unit from Alberto in May of 2019 and purchased a 10 year warranty. The install and service were top notch. Now the test. 5 years later the a/c went out on a hot July day. In less than 4 hours from my phone call, Alberto was at my door. He replaced the starter that had gone out. He cleaned the coil and serviced the system to bring it back up to maximum efficiency. We will be a customer for life.

They installed a brand new ac system . My electricity bill went down from $550 to $180.

Okay so I called homeadvisor. They connected me to the manager. He was willing to come in an hour to my house. I told him no, I had to go to work. We made an appointment for 9am the next day. The guy had a flat tire so he arrived at 9.30am. Diagnosed the problem. Which same problem I had with the unit for the past 3 years. Needed some from, plus I had a leak. He placed a sealant and reupped the frion. Cost me $650. Okay in the past I had people reup the frion and my a.c. would work for two days before is stopped working. This time it has been a month and my a.c. has never worked better. Great job. Honest, and worth the price. Got a quote for a new a.c. unit and it is $2000 less than my lowest quote in the past 3 years. This is in the summer time I got this quote. So yes use these guys

Adrain if I got the name correct is an excellent person knowing the culprit of the problem I have no problem with his business but the cost exceed way overboard for a small part replacement and complete 30 min. No choice but need it fixed. I found the part to be less than 40 bucks but 350.00 is what I found it bothersome. I was expecting less than 200.00. Again overall of his business is excellent!

Need to send someone experienced with a novice. The first trip a young man in training came and incorrectly addressed the problem. A more experienced tech came last night and found out the fan was bad and we needed to replace the unit. They did apply the first charge toward the purchase of the new unit. They were prompt and did address the problem on the second visit.

Literally put in the request and they call me within 5 minutes. Were at my house within the hour and completed the work at 50% of the cost of another vendor. Honest company.

Albert and his crew were very professional, courteous, and responsive. Our furnace went out last summer, and so our A/C would not work. Albert came out immediately and replaced our entire furnace. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering that this was on an emergency basis. We continue to use Bestway to service and inspect our entire HVAC system. We are extremely satisfied with their service, and we recommend them highly for any HVAC needs you may have.

Kadir was exceptionally punctual, courteous, and clear in his explanation of the problems with my a/c unit. He and George did a remarkable and efficient job in removing the worn parts of my a/c and replacing them with state of the art equipment. I could not have asked for better or more reliable service.

Two technicians came to the appointment. They assessed the situation and had our heater up and running quickly. From the time we submitted a request on home advisor to the time the technicians showed up at our house was under 90 minutes. ***ADDED EDIT*** The furnace stopped working 6 hours after they left. They came the next day and told me they needed to get another part to fix the furnace. They told me that due to the weather they couldn't get the part that day or the next day. I called another company and they were able to get the part and fix the furnace the same day. When the other technician showed up he showed me all of the areas of poor work that was done. I had a really busy week of work that week so my wife tried to call to talk with them about the service. They refused to talk with her. When I finally talked with them they told me they had done the work and we wouldn't get any type of refund. We won't use Bestway A/C Services again.

My AC went out on Friday Evening, Scheduled one of the big name folks to come out Saturday morning. They got here and told us the AC unit was shot, compressor was bad, the coils were leaking, we were low on Freon and we needed a new unit and it would be close to $12,000 just to match what we had and it really wasn't the best for us. If we wanted to just fix the problem, it would cost us $1500 and that would not address our drip pan leak and might just last for a week. We sent them away and looked for a second opinion. Albert (owner) of Bestway AC came out fixed our AC for $300 and then not only fixed the issue with the drain pan, but also made sure it wouldn't happen again for just a little more. He was friendly and personable, he came with the right parts and was VERY quick when fixing everything. I'm sitting in a cool house writing a shining review because he did what was needed and didn't try to empty my wallet. He also gave me recommendations to improve the function of my AC and reduce my costs. I will call him again whenever I need AC service and will certainly recommend him to my friends and neighbors.

they were prompt on initial call to give quote on a hole in a/c transition. after they fixed the job a/c stopped working. i called back and the owner came out to look at the problem. The issue looks like a coincidence but thermostat gave out. I would recommend these guys. the owner takes pride in. his company and willing to get his hands dirty maintain a good reputation.
