Bestway Basements of LI, LLC

So far, I am completely satisfied with Bestway. The work is still in progress but Steve and Cayman have been coming every day at 8:00a.m. and working till 4:30p. I am sure the project is going to turn out as we discussed.

I had my basement done by Bestway Basements. Matt contacted me and I told him what I need done to my house, he was very professional over the phone with me. Andrew came out to my house and finished my basement and living room floors. He is reliable and honest and professional . Andrew really did a awesome job in my house. He treated my house like his own. I would definitely will use Bestway Basements again. I will recommend Bestway Basements to anybody, they are awesome.

No one took responsibility for moving the job along. The workers were talented and responsive enough but they required constant reminders to finish each section of the job. The salesman, Andrew, was less than honest with his part. They each passed the buck to each other which made it frustrating. The job took twice as long as they estimated. There was too much conversation about cleanup.

John & his dad did a awesome job. The job was quoted to be done in 4 weeks time, they finished in 3 weeks. They left my place spotless and neat. Would definitely recommend them. It a bit pricey but you pay for what you get. Awesome Job!

I am extremely happy with my new basement. Bestway Basements did an outstanding job. The job was completed back in June of this year. The workers were courteous and prompt and completely cleaned up when the job was done.

Matt is top notch! Fast and efficient and always cleans up after himself. I'm going to be calling him again soon!
