Many times they do not show up, and when you call to complain, they never own up to when they were last out to the house. They have no problem for billing for work never completed.

Easy company to work with

Left my lawn a mess. No, follow thru. Don runs interference and he uses Corp. as his reasoning. Reneged on the deal. Said your grass is to thick. Been mowing it since 87 with a walk-behind. Said they would send quality control No one showed upSent 2 lawn crews. They brought wrong equipment so they left lawn unfinished twice. When I asked them to come back and finish. They said no.

The owner, Ernie is great to deal with.

I am kicking myself for not following the reviews. NEVER in all my yrs have I had a lawn service so terrible words can't explain what I went through with the owner Don. We set a price for monthly service then a set price for the 1st time out so they could weed and trim shrubs. That never happened. I got one guy who came cut the front grass never went in the backyard. Waited several weeks for the original shrub cutting ect ect nothing even after you talkin with Don still NOTHING. Home advisor needs to really look into the complaints before people start going to other agencies to find a good company because this is the 2nd time I have run into a company that was recommended from home advisors never again I will find services on my own. Not only is this company ridiculous it should be shut down then you will be doing customers a huge favor. Mrs Linda

Did a fantastic job!

Never came out on their assigned day. Failed to do weed control. Damaged my fence. Unprofessional attitude and owner blamed me for his workers lack of responsibility.

Did not have a chance to meet them did it online will let you know in DEC JAN when I get to my home

they are they are the worst if I could write them a zero I would I have been with them for 1 year for them to show up you have to beg them to come out and cut the grass I have them by weekly in the 12 months I have had them they have only showed up one time out of every month and I got them off of your home advisory add is where I found them if I was home advisory I would take them off your advertisement because they are terrible no customer service they blame everything on the customer that you take no responsibility for anything you call they don't answer you email they don;t answer why pay for a service that you have to beg for my first 3 months with them are called and called and called finally they did show up I tried to give him a chance but they just don't get it

I paid for service twice a month. Three months in a row they only completed service one time, and that was after I had to contact them because my grass was so tall. They charged me for the full amount every time even though they only completed half of the work. The office staff is not helpful and it took three months to get an email response after I threatened to call my credit card company to get the charges properly adjusted when they tried to charge me yet again. The service wasn t even done that well when it was actually done. Do NOT hire this company. They will take your money and leave you out to dry.

They lied to me several times and did not show up when they said they would. I have since hired another dependable lawn service.

I have kept these guys too long. Not all their crews are good. So I requested the crew I liked. Did not always get them. I have had my lawn mowed 1 time in the last 3 weeks. It is supposed to be weekly. Price is good - but you get what you pay for.

They are a rip off. I got billed $75/month IN ADVANCE. Service was supposed to be twice monthly. They came only once a month. Then only once from mid May until the end of July. I called twice and emailed twice. The way I see it I overpaid by $262.50 sine Jan. 2019.

Very pleasant to work with and did the job exactly as we wished. Would highly recommend this company.

I was supposed to get my lawn mowed once a week during summer. Since the beginning of June through July I had it cut 3 times. Twice in June, once in July. When you call them, no one can answer your questions and they blame it on rain. The other yards on my street by other companies hasnt missed once. A guy named Ernie comes out and sells you on all they will do, but goodluck with having them show up.

Would not respond to telephone calls or remedy sod issues. They would not even come out to inspect the sod. Now I have filed a case with Consumer Protection as they have still not responded or come out to inspect. $3500 has been paid in full to them. Nobody should ever use this company! Terrible and traumatic experience!

Almost never show up as scheduled, did not do the work promised, and you can not ever get someone on the phone or to return a call from the field or the office!

These people are awful. I hired them about two months ago, they maybe, were on schedule one or two times. They do not do the work agreed upon that is on my contract. I have called and called and texted and the office NEVER returns a call. I have gotten the guy who gave me the quote and he promised to make it right but never did. They have missed with no call or text where I have had to mow myself and asked for my bill to be adjusted and they went ahead and charged me full price anyway. Yesterday was my scheduled day and once again I did not get a call that they would not be out. (I have to leave the gate unlocked) At least return a call and do the right thing by adjusting your customers bill when you miss scheduled appointments and do not make them up! Extremely unprofessional.

Only been 2 weeks. Need to give a bit longer to see how they really do.
