I hired them a year ago. They do an ok job in the front yard, but the back yard looks like a war zone. We have a lot of tall trees which drop branches and leaves. They move over the branches. They don't blow leaves or take them away. I wish they did. Because it would make them a very dependable service. I have to look for someone else who deals with leaves.

They promised a lot but delivered very little. Two fellows showed up. I wanted some trees trimmed & some raking done in the back yard, then they trimmed the hedges. I thought they would clean up but they left lots of trimmings behind. The company never called to say when they would be here or when they would be back, no schedule at all. I did call the office and told them the problem, they said I needed to call another person. It’s my fault that I didn’t call back, but they are coming back this Tuesday and I will stay outside with them to be sure they do what they are hired to do. I feel like the only thing they want is the money, not customer satisfaction. Very disappointed .

They have only done one week's service so I really have no opinion yet on thier over all performance. However the young men who came to take care of my yard did a good job of getting it basically back in shape after weeks of not being serviced. I expect their service will be excellent once they get a god handle on how I want my property serviced. So far so good!

    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
