We used this agency for a while. We found that they do not honor time commitments, take no responsibility for items broken, and the quality of their work is marginal, at best. Extremely unprofessional.

I have used Beth for years to clean our vacation home on Lake Wallenpaupack. She is wonderful. My house has never been so clean. I only wish she lived near our permanent home in Valley Forge!!

They are prompt, they get right to business, and they clean my home as if it is their home. Beth is somewhat of a perfectionist (and that's a great thing!) and the price they charge is well worth it. I expect to enjoy a very lengthy business relationship with these very trustworthy folks. I give other potential customers my best recommendation. I am very pleased with the work they do, including washing curtains.

Very disappointed and would not recommend. My family hired this company to do what they called "Top to Bottom Cleaning" of a house and it was by no means top to bottom or anywhere in between. Some examples - they specifically said they would clean the walls and did not. They specifically said they would clean the inside and the outside of the fridge and only did the inside. They vacuumed around everything, not bothering to move the kitchen island (on wheels) or fridge (on wheels) or pick up even the edges of an area rug to be remotely thorough. When we called to voice our concerns they offered to come back and complete the job. Upon arrival they did nothing more than fold the toilet paper into points (literally the last thing we could've cared about). We had to clean the walls, the top of the fridge, top of the medicine cabinets, the grill of the fridge, the top of the microwave, under the area rug, under the kitchen island, and much more. The whole point of paying for a cleaning service is to NOT have to do that follow up cleaning. We are so disappointed in this service and caution anyone who is considering it. I wish Home Advisor would let me upload pictures so I could share the dirt, grime, and cobwebs left behind after this "top to bottom" cleaning.

Very professional and personable service. I use Beth for monthly house cleaning and they are very thorough with the cleaning and very conscious of the extra care (chemical free cleaning) required for our birds.

They are the worst. I gave 3 chances. First go round, did not clean at all, broke a lamp. Owners said they were mortified and used a brand new employee (whom they should have supervised) and they would not have her at our home again. We were told the second time, the owners would clean and they did. It was a decent job. Third time around the owners claim to have cleaned. Downstairs pillows on the floor from our couch. Kitchen counter sticky as we left it, after having friends over for cocktails. We did not clean the spilled beverages because we knew the house would be cleaned. The first master was cleaned but was not vacuumed. The second master had towels where our guests left them on the floor of the bathroom. Shower had hair in it , bed as it was left. In other words not cleaned. Same with the additional 2 bedrooms. You ask why we gave so many chances? It is hard to find anyone to clean our vacation home. Not that many people or services have availability, but now I guess we know why they do. BTW, our home in Allentown is 3 times the size and it costs the same to clean and they do our laundry as well. Stay away, they are dishonest and not what they claim to be.
