We could not have been happier with our basement sump project results. Everything was on time and within budget. Everyone was so respectful to our home and worked so clean and efficiently. It was quite remarkable. We have been living with a wet basement since we moved in and it is so nice knowing that the proper steps were taken to fix a problem that was so frustrating. I had an awesome experience with Better Basements from start to finish. Right off the bat they were prompt to assess the project which was really helpful. They proceeded to work with me and some other crews closely to navigate a handful of unforeseen structural concerns. When the work began they were very quick, with excellent quality work, and were an absolute pleasure to have around. They did a great job cleaning up behind themselves on the job site too which I really appreciated. It’s surprisingly rare, especially with such an inherently messy job. Throughout the process I interacted with a few crew members. Each of them were incredibly knowledgeable. And more importantly, each were very kind, honest, and genuine. 10/10 will be giving them a ring next time we need help waterproofing.

Dylan Milroy went in and cleaned out the crawlspace put down plastic and dug a french drain and redirected all the downspouts so that the rain and we had now more water being drained. He is super easy to work honest he follows up to see if you are satisfied with his work.. I recommend him to everyone.
