Better Built Construction, LLC

My experience with this business was unacceptable from start to finish. Our agreement was that the provider would complete a thorough job and come twice. When I confirmed the day before, he changed that to a single visit and said he wouldn?t be able to return until Tuesday. I still accommodated that change. He then arrived an hour and a half late, struggled to operate his own equipment, and left snow surrounding the car and driveway. He removed the cap from my outdoor electrical outlet to power his snowblower and never replaced it. He also failed to apply salt to the driveway as agreed. The sidewalk and front walkway were already cleared before he arrived, even though they were part of the job he was hired to complete. My father?a senior citizen?ended up doing the work instead. When I pointed out that the job was not done properly, his response was that he ?did a shitty job for shitty people.? The level of unprofessionalism and disrespect was staggering. I am deeply disappointed with the services provided by Better Built Construction, LLC for our recent project. We engaged them based on the assurance that our design and plans would be meticulously followed, but unfortunately, our experience has been quite the opposite. The work delivered by Better Built Construction, LLC; has been consistently subpar and deviates significantly from the originally drafted design and plans. We made multiple attempts to communicate our concerns and provide feedback, offering them the opportunity to rectify the situation and bring the work up to industry standards. Regrettably, Better Built Construction, LLC has not shown any willingness to accept fault for the deviations or take responsibility for their work. Their refusal to acknowledge the shortcomings and reluctance to make the necessary corrections in line with industry standards is disheartening. As a customer, I believe in transparency and accountability in any business relationship. It is unfortunate that "Better Built Construction, LLC has failed to uphold these values. I hope this review serves as a cautionary note for others considering their services. I strongly advise potential clients to exercise caution when dealing with "Better Built Construction, LLC, as our experience has left us with an outcome far from what was initially promised and expected.

Bori and his crew did excellent job!. He was responsive on all my calls and question. Came in to job on time and finished on time. Bori was very polite and professional. Estimate was on target. Wind storm damaged my house siding. Better Built/Buri promptly returned my call and came the same day for estimate. Job was done well and quickly for a fair price.

Very professional, they also did repairs to my roof as well , on time , very nice also explained everything that needed to be done very satisfied
