Gosh Bryce, I took you at your word that your cost included any obstacles you might encounter. When I found flooring that was half the cost of the original tile, I had anticipated a reduction in your price, but you explained that a contractor never knows what might be needed and the cost was inclusive of all issues, therefore the price would stand, which I faithfully accepted. Now you have gone against your statement I am greatly disappointed in your company, Better Builds and Repairs, as well as you individually. Your statement was correct, â  I am not a contractorâ  , and neither is my sister, and you took advantage of our ignorance by what you were telling my sister to obtain more money from her. She thought you were describing the toilet seals, not pipes. Nevertheless, this issue should have been included in your statement that everything would be included. Clearly, this was a false statement from you representing Better Builds and Repairs and I feel potential customers should be fully aware of your â  wordâ  .

Repaired drywall from ceiling water damaged. Very clean and efficient. Would use again.

Unreliable. I never knew when they would show or leave at noon. Drywall in garage & laundry room from freeze damage was good, but painting of kitchen is and was unacceptable. My friends are appalled at the dips, streaks, lack of coverage & patches missing paint at all. Bryce refused to come and look at the job himself, saying he didn't need too. Workers would tell one story and he another. He didn't keep his promised start date or finish date and ran way over time. It's a good thing I kept a print out of every conversation and message. None of his "crews" are his employees; he "subs" out all the jobs to independent contractors and never lifts a finger to help. I had to listen to a lot of Baloney from his mouth. I don't believe him or tryst him!

I had small damage from this yearâ s freeze and was having teouble getting anyonw to take it seriously. BEtter Builds came out next day and started and finished the work within a week of my appointment. Flavio did a great job!

Better Builds & Repairs responded quickly to request. Very customer service oriented. Knowledgeable contractors came out and completed the job in no time. The work was completed and done right. Repairs looks great and is exactly what we wanted.

They were incredible hard working to make sure they did their job right. They left with everything put away. They are coming back for so more work they needs to be done! I will call them back for all of my work on my home.

Juan was amazing. He spent two days working on drywalling my ceilings and did an amazing job. I would hire him a heart beat. He is very honest and helpful.

Owner shows up 1st day. I talked to him and walked the house to make sure he understands the job. Replacing sheetrock in 2 rooms and fixing some cracks. I left and get a call saying they need me to go to the hardware store as the workers do not have a truck to get materials. Had to make 3 trips over 3 days for them. Hung insulation wrong. Texture work as bad. Tried to match ceiling stamp pattern with a roller. And they rolled the ceiling in different directions. Widow corners were not done correct by 1st guy.. Owner had to get another person to come out and fix the work the 1st team did. Work took an extra 2 days due to rework. Also left trash and debri in the house when finished. And the people were replacing ceiling sheet rock but did not bring a ladder. I had to lend them one. Original damage was due to winter freeze in 2021, Iwas glade to get someone out but I should have waited for someone I trusted. Went off online reviews.

The contractor Juan was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He had a Herculean task to repair all the drywall patches that were substandard in quality. In addition to repairing the substandard patches, he had to match the texture and then paint.

I spoke with Bryce who is very helpful and knowledgeable. Manuel came out and did all the work. He is very professional and neat. He takes pride in his work. I would differently refer Better Builds to my family and friends.

Bryce made the estimate and contract quick and easy. Manuel did a fantastic job of ripping out the damaged drywall and insulation, patching up the insulation and drywall, texturing and repainting. He went the extra mile to make sure to duplicate the texture pattern just right. He made it look just like new! We were very pleased with the work. Definitely recommend Better Builds and Repairs!

Henry did a great job on the small project in our home. He was on time, very professional and efficient. I would not hesitate to hire this firm again for another project.

The actual guy that did the work was good at what he did, but the method of tieing in the ceiling drywall to the existing wall drywall did not go well. I had to fix some spots within 3 days that did not hold. The sales rep needs to do a better job of providing information about the job to the workers. His communication skills need to improve
