Guy is most likely the only person in this business thast answers his phone everytime you call with a concern. His subs required some supervision. The framer, electrician, slab, and mansionary folks were great. The drywall folks almost got kicked off the job at least twice (I don't think Guy plans on using them again). There was a problem relocating the attic ladder which I moved myself. The problem most likely should have been forseen. Overall Guy moves quickly; is fair and easy to deal with. My new workshop is a great improvement to my garage.

The project wasn't completed on time. All light fixtures were upgraded with the exception of the garage. It took the electrician nearly two weeks to complete it and I had to chase him down. I became completely apprehensive and skeptical about it since I already paid them. I was disappointed for not meeting the time deadline and it was time consuming on my part for making the house available for them and now showing up. Also, two lights didn't work after they left that evening. I have to re-adjust the wire connections. However, Mr Pearlt and his electrician were very professional. I thank you for that.

Fast and efficient. Not the very best detail work, but acceptable. I would hire him again and will reccomend him to my friends and neighbors.

We added a substantial amount of remodel work ($6440) to the original bids and are still looking at approx. 2-3 weeks for completion but have been satisfied up to this point on response since we have signed a contract.We'll keep you posted.-Mike

Guy means business. He was courteous, called me within thirty minutes of my on-line inquiry, was at my home three hours later and was on the job the following Saturday morning. Guy is smart, had the right tools, didn't mess around with the small talk and went straight to work. The company I hired prior to Guy kept giving me the run-around for ten days when I fired them. Guy finished the entire project in two days...and was willing to work Saturday's and Sunday's. His pricing was reasonalbe...his service was fantastic...his time frame to complete the project was met within budget and on time. I highly recommend Better Built to all.
