Better Built had the best price for the minimum, which was all I needed for this project. They were able to schedule us is promptly and arrived when they said they would. They included a downspout and another short section at the previously agreed upon price. They were professional, prompt, and nice and I would definitely hire them again

Not the quickest response but absolutely the easiest to work with. Provided clear, reasonable quote by phone after another vendor screwed around with me for several days. Executed the work immediatelt when I approaved, and this was extremely important because the property is a rental and the work needed coordination with the tenants.

Timely, professional, friendly, and the gutters look and work great. We have some tricky downspout issues with our house, and they had no problems working with our constraints.

We are extremely pleased with their work. The gutters fit really well. No additional adjustements were needed. We are also very happy with the choice of Leaf Relief they recommended, it works well like Dave (owner of BBG) said it would. We already had a good test of three big storms here in Bothell and the gutters performed for A+. The last thing I want to comment is Dave's and his helper's great work ethics. They started punctually at 8:00am as they said they would, they worked quietly and efficiently and were done in the time frame given earlier. At the end the workplace was left neat and clean. David was professional and very , very responsive.. He was able to evaluate and repair the gutter the same day. WOW!!!

On Time and on buget.

The person that wrote the esamate, was the person that installed the gutter system. Very professional, on time, and focused. Not always talking on the phone. Not some sales person, then an installer. This usually ends up being a different price, due to the sales person, not knowing how to install the product.

Gave a timely, reasonable estimate that included fixing the underlying problem (adding an additional downspout to a sagging gutter) rather than just cleaning the gutter without fixing the problem as others had done in the past.
