I was impressed with the reviews I read online. Decided to call, a guy named Casey came out and I was blown away by the reasonable price. I paid half up front and we agreed to the remainder at completion. I got a call saying it was done and that I needed to square up with the remainder. I stopped by the shop and paid the remaining balance. I got home to see that it was done?.terribly. The sheets were not aligned at the overhang, some sheets of the steel roof were 1.5 inches farther down than the ones next to it. I was angry. As I?m walking in the house, I notice that the toolbox on my spare truck is open. I go look and my new dewalt tool set is missing. I?m not saying it was their crew but I also don?t believe in coincidences. Anyway, I call the shop and raise my concerns and I?m told he?d stop out on Friday to look at the work (this was a Wednesday). He never showed up, I called his cell numerous times and it would always go to voicemail. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS PLACE!

They were extremely responsive and great to work with. When my roof required more work the company went above and beyond to make sure our satisfaction was met. Great team.

Casey at BBRC was essential in getting my mom's roof repaired. I live in the DFW area, and the house is in the Lubbock area. After no luck with my mom's insurance company, Casey referred me to a public adjuster who succeeded in getting the job paid for. After the money was in the bank, I needed someone I could trust to prioritize and oversee a quality job without my presence at the job sight. Casey reviewed the claim, suggested questions for the insurance company to ensure I was getting an honest payout, organized and reported the sub-contractor bids for trim and fascia repair, helped me decide the best course of action, and then did an excellent job roofing the house. I received regular status updates and pictures along the way for my approval. All in all, BBRC is one of the best roofing companies I have worked with.

Professional, courteous, and friendly! BBRC did a great job on our roof and made the tedious process of dealing with adjusters, paperwork, and the insurance company seamless. We are extremely happy with the finished product and would definitely use BBRC again.
