Scott showed up exactly on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my heater and was able to fix it in a reasonable amount of time. He’s very knowledgeable and offered me some good tips. He’ll be my go to contractor for pool equipment fixes or installs.

Unfortunately it's been 6 weeks since we hire and paid for the replacement parts needed to fix our heater. The communication from this company has been horrific. We have messaged multiple times with no response at all, other times not in a timely matter. There has been no follow up or follow through on promises. We have a pool party in a couple of days and we can't heat our pool, even though we paid for everything up front 6 weeks ago, and planned the repair early enough so that it would be ready for our party. Bad customer service. Fraudulent credit card charges in that the service has not been provided.

Scott, the owner, is experienced and knowledgeable. He was courteous and friendly, Itâ s obvious he cares about his work and pleasing the costumer. I would highly recommend Scott and Better Buy Pool Supply to anyone who needs their pool equipment serviced or installed.
