Great experience. Highly responsive. They replaced my heater, pump & filter. The price was fair, the job was done when promised and was done well.

My pool heater was over 30 years old and peripheral issues needed to be resolved before we could install a new one. The integrity of the gas line needed to be determined and better by pool immediately turned off the gas, and determined that there was no problem with the gas line. In doing this they Eliminated the potential for gas line replacement, which needed to be done prior to purchasing a new pool heater. The other company that came to give me an estimate did not react properly and left me with unanswered questions, thatâ s preventing me from doing business with them.

He scheduled several times -- and then cancelled - doesnt call to rescheduled. Doesnt texts and call. Very bad Customer Service - I feel like he wasted my time. All I needed was an estimate for my insurance company after california fires and he strung me along for week now

Albert has always been outstanding, he explains every detail and answers me quickly when I have called with questions or concerns.

Their workers are not dependable and are not honest. Say they came by and didn't. They also use 2 other business names Specialized Pools and Aquaduck Pools.

Outstanding work by Scott, who beat every other price out there by a lot, and still managed to go above and beyond, being a great resource for helping us get a DWP rebate that ended up balancing out the cost of the installation! I cannot more strongly recommend a company than I would Better Buy Pool Supply. They won't be beat!

Hands down, the best customer service and professionalism of any business I have dealt with in a long time.These days, it is hard to find a business that does everything right... I am happy to say that they hit on every level. Fast, honest, reliable, priced well, and just a genuine guy. He responded immediately over the weekend to my 20 year old dead pool pump. He came out on Monday and gave me all my options. New pump was installed by the end of the week and he even handled filling out the warranty and rebate (SMUD) paperwork for me. While he was at my house, he took the time to answer my questions about other "issues" that I was having with my pool. Frankly, a guy who does as good a job as him and has his level of knowledge doesn't need to be wasting time with people who aren't serious.

They are cost effective and even hauled away the old (huge) heater we had. They did not try to upsell. I recommend them highly.
