This is the first time we ever had a house cleaning service. It was not exactly what we expected. We wanted someone we could speak to directly but the lady didn't speak english. We have to tell Anna what we want to have done prior to the work being started and we are unable to give detail to the lady doing the cleaning. What was done was done well.

Anna came out to meet with me for a consultation before cleaning, was very up front about cost, cleaning supplies she would need, and was accommodating to my schedule for the cleaning. The house looked spectacular after the ladies finished.

Anna was very professional and knowledgeable about the appropriate cleaning supplies for all the appliances, floors, etc. The woman she brought to do the cleaning didn't speak English, but Anna translated for me and gave her instructions. The woman did an excellent job--the house looked great.
