He did what was asked, and if I didn't like something he would redo it. I love the Gate system he used to make the gate. In the end a very nice Shadow Box Privacy Fence

Bathroom - Remodel
I am glad to have Jon worked on my bathroom remodel. I have major remodel on one bathroom and minor remodel on the other three kitchen and bathroom. Jon did a great job and I am very happy about the result. He is very experienced and honest. The total cost is $4050 for the labor and he also supplied the misc. I would like to work with him again if I have the other jobs.

I discovered that Jon Millette's Workforce Development registration had expired before he began the project. He said he was a licensed plumber & electrician, but he is not. He didn't subcontract anything, and did elec and plm himself (jacuzzi jet tub & heat/light/fan. Work was substandard, possibly dangerous. He said he would take care of permits and inspections, but did not. He was late or absent several times. If he doesn't refund what we paid, we plan to sue him. Reported him to all authorities.

"Chris hired me to remodel her only bathroom in the house. I replaced the tub, faucet, toilet, sink & vanity, flooring and paint. I kept a working bathroom the whole time and finished in 9 days. The bath turned out very nice. In the end she did not want to pay me because my license had expired. She knew I was not a licensed plumber or electrician, but was qualified to do the job, and agreed to my bid. She never intended to pay me and took me to court. The judge sided with me, but I still lost. I have an unhappy customer, a nice bath that I cannot use as a reference and poor reviews. I still lost because I couldn't resolve the problem."

Bathroom - Remodel
I am so pleased with the finished product of my NEW bathroom. It's absolutely stunning. Chuck Utter and his staff are fabulous!!! I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs anything remodelled. Chuck took steps to please me with the finished product and did an absolutely super job. Rick is very meticulous and cares a great deal about his finished product. The paint colors he chose for my walls are so beautiful it's like he knew exactly what I'd like, his floor tile work couldn't be more perfect, his installation of the sink, shower, stool, and medicine cabinet couldn't be better. I AM SO PLEASED WITH THE PERFORMANCE!!!

Deck or Porch - Build or Replace
The employer I worked with did a great job and definitely out did my expectations for the deck. If there was one thing for him to work on, it'd have to be a little more communication if something were to come up and he wouldn't be able to work for a day or two.

Bathroom - Remodel
Jon Millette has to be one of the easiest people to work with. During our project with him, if a correction needed to be made, he was up to the task without ever complaining, or using excuses like most other contractors. He stayed on the job until it was completed to our satisfaction. We had our entire Master bathroom gutted and re-done by him, so I was really worried in the beginning on how it would turn out.
