Inspector very knowledgeable, explained entire process as he progressed. However, inspection that I was told would take 3 hours at least only took an hour and forty-five minutes but I still had to pay $250.00. Would I use them again or recommend them to someone else, yes. I just wish they would offer a lower rate for less time used.

They were hired to do a mold inspection for my seller (I'm a Realtor) after I talked to the specialist. He told me it took an average of 3-4 days to set the results. It's been a week and still no results back and it is holding up the closing of this property.
