I wish he would have left the mounting plate that was removed.

Before I found home advisor, I spent two days waiting for someone to call me back. The first company (Complete sewer and drain) called me but never got back to me. Better Home Services had also called but I told them I had already had someone coming out The next day when I did not hear from Complete, I called Better Home and he was here in an hour. Later that afternoon I had water. The gentleman was courteous and honest. And I believe I got a good deal. I will use Better Home Services again.
