Kitchen Remodel
Jim started out very interested and thoughtful. However, once money was exchanged, everything went downhill. He changed my kitchen and cabinet design to his liking without my permission, then blamed the error on Ziggy. The job went over 6 weeks past the estimate. His employer is kind and polite, so I have no issues there. It is Jim's behavior, opinions, and decision-making without my agreement that caused a lot of problems. I would not recommend them.
