BetterLifeSpace

I had two crews. The first did a very good job. The second did not do the same quality of work. Partly my fault for having the fence replacement done is 2 phases.

The quality of work was horrible Mike was the guy in charge of the work and was never here to supervise. I understand Mike is no longer working for better life space, I called Steve a few months after the work was done, told him how unhappy I was and he made everything right, he’s a stand up guy I would recommend him.

They were very quick to call and set up appt and I was impressed. Communication snafu with install date, but when it finally happened they did a good job, despite the frigid temps. I will be hiring them again!

Mike was anazing! He was very friendly and professional! I would recommend him to anyone and everyone! He went above and beyond the call of duty! Thanks Mike!

They completed replacing my outdoor tv antenna even though it was raining.

Besides staying in touch and superior workmanship, BetterLifeSpace made every aspect of this project very smooth.

We were satisfied with the work.

Not the most reliable person! I hired Steve and his company for minor upgrades at my physician office (wallpaper, small bathroom paint, hanging photos). His assistant didn't show up for the first task so he had to work alone which turned a simple 4hr project to a minor project that took over 8hrs, he completed the first project in 2 days and actually did a good job. We asked to rehired him for a larger project and it went downhill from there. He committed to the project, took measurements but never returned! All we needed to do was raise our nurses desk/station countertops and this guy disappeared for weeks, he never sent us a quote and after 3 weeks of waiting for a response he called and said he lost the first set of measurements and needed to take more. It's been another 3 weeks and all he keeps saying is that he's too busy. He has backed out of several opportunities to take more measurements and has been impossible to catch up with. His excuse is that he has estate sales that takes up all of his time....if that's the case why commit to a project? He finally returned my call recently and said he would stop by my office again for more measurements, when he was a no show I texted and asked if he was still coming to my office....his text reply was "no I'm swamped" that's it...no phone call, no apology, no option to even reschedule or further explanation! Crazy because he didn't fully complete my first project in one day as promised, he had to return 2 days later however we still paid this guy in full after the first day and included a tip. This guy does good work but he might leave you hanging. I'm now looking to hire another company to complete my project....I'm very disappointed!

Better Life Space contractors were absolutely great not only did they complete the work on time ( a day early ) the workmanship was the best . I will most definitely use them again for any future projects and would highly recommend there services .Very ,Very professional in every way. Thank you so much ...
