I just love the design and openness of this addition. It’s just amazing and my favorite room in our house. They went well above what I imagined it would be.

I usually don't provide reviews, as most businesses I have contracted with were unscrupulous or provided shoddy work; but Betterliving Sunrooms deserves a review. My 100% satisfaction commenced with the sales person's appearance at my home at the time we arranged. It continued with her exhaustive, detailed, informative, patient, and versed consultation regarding the product. I continued to be impressed, when Lisa kept in touch while awaiting order delivery, promptly and professionally addressed all inquiries, and with her facilitation of documents and information for my HOA application. The Coup de grand though was the installation. The installer, Adam, too, was professional, personable, and even more accommodating. He paused to address my inquiries about facets of the install, demonstrated knowledge and skill through his initiative and inventive strategies to address unique wall contortions. He obviously has tremendous experience in the business. The install was completed timely, and it turned out PERFECT! Adam insisted, and he meticulously cleaned the area and glass, in consideration for my property, and safety, in that he declined my suggestion to blow the dust into the rocks sighting metal fragments might hurt dogs or myself. This Company demonstrated a business ethic, knowledge, pride and a keen desire to satisfy the customer unmatched, unseen, and unparalleled by many if not most business.The public needs to patronize such businesses to ensure their viability and success. I have absolutely no reservation in recommending Betterliving Sunrooms to whomsoever might require its services.

I hired Betterliving Sunroom to enclose my covered patio and worked with Adam. He is a conscientious and responsible contractor. He does what he says he will do and always shows up on time. He kept me in loop when there were delays in delivery of materials. After the installation, he even returned to fix an issue with the door caused by another contractor. I truly appreciate the way he conducts his business and takes care of his customers.

Betterliving Sunrooms did a phenomenal job converting my outdoor patio into a dream environmentally controlled useful living space. In the Las Vegas valley, a covered patio can be used very few days. It’s either 120 degrees or it’s 32 degrees; the wind can toss patio furniture like toys and simultaneously sandblast the finish right off. I wanted to turn my patio into a Zen-like oasis but not lose sight of the beautiful desert. Lisa and Adam at Betterliving spent a lot of time meeting with me to understand exactly what I wanted for the space. They must never sleep because every question and tweak I had along the way was quickly answered. Their professionalism was spectacular. They had ideas I hadn’t even considered. Installation was a dream, incredibly fast, precise, and coordinated around my schedule. Yes, I met with “the Other Company” as well. Their pressure sales techniques were a big red flag; their price for the exact same layout was 42% higher even with their “buy now for a discount” so-called sale. They sent me a quote and never followed up; I equated that to the level of service I would have received. Betterliving is a masterful company. And no, I was not compensated in any way for this review. I just believe strongly in this quality company. If you’re considering enclosing your patio, call them today!

The process from beginning to end went smoothly. The job was finished even sooner than estimated. No "sign the contract today and you get 30% off" kind of sales gimmick, love it! We interviewed several other companies since and decided to come back to Better Living, largely due to the sooner delivery time. The team was very easy to work with when it came to addressing our needs and requests. Keep up the good work!
