Very responsive; came over on a Sunday, to replace our water heater that broke with a tankless. Good quality work, experienced tech, clean. My only disappointment was with the removal of the old heater. The company had quoted two different prices (with and without removal of the old heater), but the tech removed the old heater from the basement (extra $500) before I gave approval.

I called them cause I had to reignite my pilot light every day the last couple of days. They got on a call, told me they'll come check it out for $220 and mostly will be able to fix it during the visit. One of their technicians showed up, looked at it for 2 mins, pulled wires here and there and said the whole thing is fried and it's best I replace the whole heater. When I tried turning it on again, it didn't start up anymore. They said they'll replace the heater for $5k and the thermostat for $900. We had another company come in and fix the existing ignition for $50.

it is 3 months since they installed a tankless water heater. took the money for San Jose city inspection and has not been done yet. does not respond to emails anymore. the exhaust was not ducted through the roof. it was sent along the garage ceiling. 20 ft across to the side yard. Looks ugly, with pipe hanging across the garage. Not very professional. have doubts about the piping and the gas line they did in the crawl space, particularly, as they are not scheduling city inspection. be aware of these guys.
