Great bunch of guys to work with.

I had my porch/deck enclosed in October 2009. I have received many compliments of the look and quality of workmanship. I am very well pleased with the job. The salesperson was knowledgeable and through in presenting options and offered advice when warranented. The job was completed in a timely manner, a few hours, there was no mess left and the job was well constructed. I have found nothing to complain about in the 16 months since the installation.

Job scheduling has a lot to be desired because out of four weeks it actually took to build our 4 season sunroom the workers worked a total of approximately 6 full days. Problems that we encountered while the job was in process were handled quickly and amicably thanks to Darrin.The end result is a beautiful, well built room that sparkles with the pride and craftsmanship of the workers Curtis & Kelley.Our hats go off to these fine young men who worked diligently, were courteous, polite, answered all questions,left the job site spotless,worked in a timeless & meticulous fashion.Ten *'s of EXCELLENCE for the superb manner they got the job done.

At this time it is too early to tell, but we signed a contract with the intent of having the room done in 60 days from signing, I contacted them about tearing my deck down on the 14th of July and nothing was said about being behind schedule. We had to call again on July 27, to ask about when it was starting and they said MAYBE end of Sept. . Thats 90 days and they said not sure about that, they could have said something to me before I had 4 guys in 90 plus heat tear out my deck, so I have a mudhole for the next 3 monthes. I could have waited until cooler weather and closer timing to the actual service started, I am not happy.

I would definately recommend Betterliving Patio & Sunrooms to anyone who is looking to add a sunroom. After reseaching other companies, we decided to go with Betterliving based on price, quality and warranty. The friendly staff sure made this an easy process for us! From our first inital appt to the installation - they sure met our expectations. Thank you Betterliving - we will enjoy our sunroom for many years to come!

First of all, I did alot of comparing of companies , quality of their products, warranties, bbb reports,etc. By far, the Betterliving Sunroom is the superior product. The rep, Kelly was great ! He designed our room to meet all of our needs while keeping the cost affordable. I also appreciated the crew. They were always on time , cleaned up every day, and went above and beyond to make sure that we were very satisfied. I would recommend Betterliving to anyone that is considering one of these beautiful rooms. They deliver what they promise.

I think the question should be reversed. Would Betterliving Patio & Sunrooms ever work with me again? The team from BP&S were very professional, courteous and above all, understanding. From sales and marketing, through the guys who prepared the foundation to Mike and his crew, the service was exceptional. And it did not stop with project completion as they have been back several times to answer questions that have arisen. I would definitely recommend Betterliving Patio and Sunrooms of Northern Ohio to anyone thinking about adding a sunroom or patio. Robert W. Wachtl
