First of all had to call to verify the reason for repair. Was using an extended warranty. He didn?t trust anything. Then changed appointment to come day earlier, but at last minute changed back to original day & time 8a to 12noon. Never showed up, still waiting a day later. Doesn?t read nor answer his texts & has never answered his voicemail.
Wouldn?t recommend this company to my worst enemy!!!

Very punctual, professional and knowledgeable about his craft. He answered all my questions with great advice and I felt 100% satisfied with the service. He worked with my schedule and was in and out in a flash. I WILL use his service again every time I need an appliance repaired without a doubt. I highly recommend.

Mr. Betts did not communicate with me very well. On every occasion even on the appointment date, he showed up several hours late. On the installation date he showed up late again. I have never had to pay upfront for work to be performed, I always paid when work was completed, making sure work was done properly. I asked him to come and give me an estimate thinking I was getting free estimate like most people give, only to be told that there would be a $90.00 charge that I would have to pay, even if I did not want to use him, therefore forcing me to use him. I will never use him again.
