Installed a roof for me but failed to provide all the services agreed upon. The roof leaked in one area from the start and he made a poor effort to repair the leak. I had to get another company in to make the repair and the new company told me he only chalked the skylights and didnâ t put in flashing kits as the contract provided. No ice guard at the eaves as required by the contract. Very bad workmanship.

They do half *** work approve it and you get stuck with the bill. No return phone calls then your house is messed up and your left scrambling to find another contractor.

Betts installed on the second floor deck a sheet material, the seam has separated, there are several black plate marks, 3-4 inches wide from the metal railing post bases left on the deck for an extended period of time there are low spots on the deck where water pools and there areas where the covering is bubbled. The brand new bamboo steps creak, as they were not installed properly, Betts solution was to screw down the flooring, while the steps still creak they now have pot marks from the screws. The front interior door handle was not installed properly, there are several other minor issues. Betts promised my wife he would be back on Labor Day weekend, to address the issues he never showed nor called. He never responded to my e-mails nor phone message on the issues.

We will pass Betts Construction to friends and family and co-workers.

Cost within budget and completed as specified. Would hire them again.

Scott and Brandon did a fine job replacing the flashing on our 3 chimneys. I'll rate them excellent when we see how it holds up after 5 years, but I see no reason why it shouldn't. They were very friendly and accommodating, showed up when they said they would and completed the job on schedule. Their price was very reasonable and they even did a few repairs that weren't on the original proposal. Cleanup was thorough, we haven't found any nails or trash left from the job. Their skills go far beyond roofing and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them for another home repair or remodeling job.

They do an amzing job and I can't think of anything you could ask me that would not be a 5!
