Betty House Cleaning

Betty and her cleaning partner were efficient, on time, pleasant and hard working. I appreciated their work.

Betty is very nice and treats use with respect. She does a good job. She told me if there was something else I wanted done just let her know.

They did a great job!

She was very pleasant as a person and willing to help and weve come up with some good suggestions to keep clean and she was very conscientious.

Professional, on time, and friendly. They did an excellent job; far exceeding our expectations. Our job presented some unusual circumstances and they handled them very well. In my opinion they are priced reasonably and we plan to use them on a regular basis. We would recommend them to anyone.

Betty and Deisy did an excellent job. They were very thorough and cleaned completely. They did everything requested and went beyond what I asked.

Betty and her helper did a great job cleaning our house! They cleaned things we didn't even ask for them to clean like the stove, window panels, windows. I am going to hire her again!

Awesomely perfect in every way. Highly recommended.

Betty was difficult to communicate with, and did not do a very thorough job cleaning. I was told the job was done twice and each time I came by to check on the work, many things were not attended to. The job was a simple one. Vacuum the floors, wipe down the window stools, and clean the fridge. Dust and flecks were still left on the floors when I came by and some window stools had been overlooked. The fridge looked better than it started, but it was not done thoroughly. Betty and her partner were nice enough, but my humble advice to them is to focus more on the follow through of the job.

Betty is awesome, she did a great job and I would recommend her to anyone

Betty does beautiful work! She reliable and punctual. She calls to let you know when she will arrive for work. She is kind and friendly too.

They did an almost nothing job. Did not clean the oven completely as I had asked for, and did not even touch anything in my bathroom with the exception of the sink, the mirror, and the tub. The floors were left completely untouched as well as the baseboards which I had asked specifically to be cleaned. And somehow, they managed to plug the drain in my bathtub which is now going to require a plumber visit. When I realized all of this, I asked Betty if she would do the right thing and come back and make a do-over cleaning, or refund some of my money. This is, no kidding, the response that I got... "I am very sorry, and I have heard this several times and I know that means that you will no longer need cleaning services. thank you for your trust and that you. fear happy Christmas and snowy year. apologies." HomeAdvisor really missed the ball on this one.
