I hired Beverly Reconstruction to remove the cork wall and carpet removal, remove and sand the wood floor, and stain. I was given a start and finish date. Along with a breakdown. The price was within my budget, and that sealed the deal. They are professional, timely, and efficient. I was always kept abreast of the task at hand. The communication was great.
