We are so glad we hired Beverly Builders Group to do exterior work on our home. We had some water entering during last year's rains, and Jordan was able to diagnose the problem and recommend a great solution. They removed an old wood where water was entering and waterproofed and repaired the siding and installed a faux need wood. They also painted the exterior of the house, which included a lot of detailed work on columns and trim. Jordan was great to work with, very responsive and clear and provided fair pricing. Pedro and Santiago were here everyday and did excellent, quality work. They always arrived on time and cleaned up every day and were great at consulting with us if any questions or concerns came up. I just completed my second project with Elron and the Beverly Builders Group. We needed our backyard remodel this time with them after last year we finished an entire kitchen remodel. Noah came out to our home multiple times to ensure we loved the remodeling plans. He had tons of ideas for us which made everything so much easier. He created 3d models super fast and all the options looked great. He was always open to our ideas and found ways to improve them. He is confident in his decisions and that's what we were looking for in a company. The project came in on budget and took exactly the time they said it would. Wow! Wow! WOW! My partner and I received quotes from 5 contractors and out of all of them we decided to go with Beverly Builders Group. Their prices are very reasonable. The quality of work and materials used.....hands down the BEST!!! I love how they provided turf and paver samples, very helpful when planning your backyard. Iâ m away sure that if you keep looking you can definitely get cheaper quotes and better deals but TRUST ME the quality won't be there, ask my neighbors! They regret their decision and we don't! Our backyard is beautiful thanks to Beverly Builders...and I can't wait to get outdoor furniture!

Beverly Builders Group did an exceptional job completely renovating our kitchen and bringing our home into the 21st century while still keeping its original charm. My partner and I bought a house built in 1908 in Hollywood Hills that had loads of character but was not up to date. We needed HVAC (which we had on the heating system), a completely new kitchen, new floors, rewiring work and new bathroom remodel. We got 5 bids for this but Beverly Builders Group was by far the winner not only because of the portfolio they shared online of previous work, but also because Lawrence was an absolutely lovely human and really listened to our needs and desires and worked with us every step of the way to achieve our very specific vision for our home. It was really important to us that our point of contact for the project was a problem solver, experienced, pleasant to work with, and a kind person. Having Lawrence on the job made things run smoothly and was simply fun. We looked forward to our walk-throughs with him and got very excited each time we saw major progress. He truly became a friend to us through the process and we are very pleased with how our home turned out. As with any project of this scale, there were some changes that had to be made on the go. While we were lucky and only had minor changes, Lawrence always made sure we knew what was changing, why, and what to expect. It took me an entire year to decide to renovate my 1960 house. I had the names and contact numbers of three construction companies but in the end, I decided to contact the fourth company I found on Angi - Beverly Builders Group. Lawrence and Elron were the Project Managers for my project. We did an extensive job throughout the house. At first time we met, Lawrence came to my house on a Sunday afternoon on time (but I wasn't home) and he patiently waited until I arrived. We met few more times, sometimes because of my work, Lawrence had to meet me after 7pm or on Sunday. What I really liked in Lawrence that he was very patient to me throughout whole process. Not that he just used to come after hours, he was very informative and always showed me samples and ideas and tolerance my frustration during the construction. Of course, I expressed all the big ambitious dreams I want for my house. Lawrence listened attentively. Then he patiently explained to me without being condescending what would make more sense on how I should proceed and the estimate costs of the renovation. This flexibility and being on time all the time on his part means a lot to me. The second meeting Lawrence introduced me to Elron, and they both help me to set up the proper layout for my house and to prioritize these things that I wanted to get done in my house. I realized Lawrence and Elron are the right individual I could trust to help me. They demonstrated humility, patience, and flexibility, never pushy, excellent understanding of my dilemma, treated me with utmost respect, very honest and transparent, gifted with the knowledge and expertise of trade, and above all, they listened attentively. We recently remodeled parts of our apartment with Noah as our general contractor, and he and his team went above and beyond. This was our first home, and we were very naive and hesitant about the process of remodeling, but Noah patiently helped us navigate the intricacies of remodeling. Of course, with any remodeling project, we expected to have some events that were not ideal, but we were always very thankful for Noahâ s help along the way. He always tried his best to remediate or offer solutions for any unforeseen problems we encountered. And we especially love the way our kitchen turned out! We dreamed of having an open kitchen/living room plan and a large center island, and Noah and his team were able to make that happen. Throughout the entire process, Noahâ s crew was very polite, respectful, and helpful - often going the extra mile to improve our place with little details. Beverly Builders Group did a phenomenal job, and we cannot recommend them enough.
