Our home took on serious water damage in the October 1st flood, and our entire finished basement had water wall to wall. Seeing that much water in your home is overwhelming. We'd been through water damage at a previous home with a different company so we were bracing for another drawn-out mitigation process. But working with Beverly Restoration and More proved that the process doesn't have to be painful! From the moment we showed Kenny the basement, he walked us through a clear plan for removing the remaining water and moisture, tearing out the damaged materials, and treating any mold. My husband and I both felt confident right away that we'd found the right company for the job. His crew was fantastic. Over 2–3 days of demo, they removed drywall, cabinets, and door frames, and every evening when we went down to check on progress, the space was tidy and the work was clearly methodical. Partway through, they found moisture and mold in one area that didn't line up with the flood damage. Kenny offered to take care of that too, and once the wall was opened up, we found a pipe that had been leaking inside it. We wouldn't have caught that on our own. Now the mold is treated, the basement is ready to be rebuilt, and we have time to plan the rebuild the way we want. What stands out most is how much Kenny cares about his work. He was as invested in the result as if it were his own home, and that kind of pride showed in every interaction we had with him. Even when we had a question about our invoice, he got back to us the same day with a clear answer. Having someone like Kenny in your corner replaces the stress with confidence that your home will end up in a better, healthier state than when you called him.
