I had this company do a major remodel in my bathroom for a severely disabled vet and other major modifications. They left the shower seat cracked at the grout and leaking. They repaired this crack three times and it came back every time, the last time they threw caulking in the crack and left. We now have slow dripping water leak in this crack and damage from it which they said they would fix and set a date when they would come out and then didn t show up or answer my calls. We have had other problems with the deck railing falling apart and bad deck boards with no support under the boards so they fall in but have never tried to have them repair from other shotty repairs done.

The men that came out to work on the ramp were fast and did a great job. I had issues with the timeliness of the project. I needed sooner than later. Customer service was able to move it up a few days from when it was scheduled. But if you need a ramp done, get it scheduled with lots of months in advance. These builders are always busy.

This company came to my aid when no other company would because what I needed was considered a small job. I needed grab bars installed in the shower and a couple in the bathroom for my husband who was going to be released from the hospital within a few days. They came the next day and gave me a quote which I accepted and the following morning they arrived to install the grab bars which I was most thankful. The workmen were polite and knew what they were doing and cleaned up after themselves. They also gave me advice on where to install the grab bars. I would recommend them.

came out for quote as planned and pricing was really competitve (in a good way); however, once hired someone showed up on a Sunday (with less than 1 hour notice) to install the handicapped commodes and then the carpenter showed up with 2 hours notice to install the grab bars; poor advance notice, board on wall for grab bars was left unpainted and we received no paperwork upon completion since they just contracted out to others
