New pool installation: 16x32 This review is my experience with the contractor Bey Pools who completed a new pool at our property. The project started in March-7 completed by June 12. This project started on a good note with weekly communication on each step during the process. The minute I had a conversation with the contractor about our concerns is when communication started to break down. This is when you think back that a paying customer should be heard and is usually correct when especially when you are spending north of 60k just for the pool.. not pavers or electrical, however, this was not the case. There was tension throughout the remaining pool install up to the cleaning process. I am very big on if you tell a person you are going to do something then you do it even if you do not want to, you expected the job. We already have issues with plaster chipping on the pool floor, which I was told would be good for 10 years or more-!!!! All payments were made on time and even before some of the steps were completed. The pool was supposed to be cleaned for 30 days since the contractor chose not to acid wash the plaster when his crew completed it. We now have spots at the bottom of our brand new pool which we will have to have someone else come to fix because I do not trust the warranty since it was not done correctly in the first place. I could go on but will close with this. Integrity, honesty, being humble, and compassion, are things of the past. Orange Park Florida

La'el Bey is a perfectionist! Heand his team did the inside "gunite" finish work on our pool. His work is outstanding and he is a wonderful person. If you want it right with integrity, this is the company you should choose. If there were six stars, we would rate them six.

Doris and Emory were always prompt, professional and friendly from the initial estimate visit through the work and to the final inspection. The work crew did the job quickly and completed the project with attention to detail. When I needed something adjusted they came back and fixed it quickly. My pool is a small exercise pool that I can now safely enjoy. Thank you Bey Pools. I would definitely recommend this company.

I do not give 5 stars often, but Lael and his whole crew deserve it. Great communication throughout the job and the pool looks great!

I highly recommend Bey Pools, these guy completely transformed my backyard into a showplace. The crew was extremely knowledgeable and professional. They were on time and no delays. The entire experience exceeded my expectations and the results are incredible. You will never regret hiring this company.
