Joe Beyers responded quickly and came and adjusted my freezer door. However, the problem was not fixed and I will have to contact him to come back again when he returns from vacation.

The only person in 3 years of trying to get a high end range repaired that actually knew what he was doing. I would recommend Beyers to any of my friends. He went beyond the pale to repair the problems my Viking range was experiencing. I had no success with Viking, and two other "experts"they had sent to fix my range. Thankyou for your help.
