"I am sorry that this was your experience. The price was agreed upon prior to visit and upon my observation of the structure that was built without a permit, and trying to consider if there was a way to make it work it was just not possible. In fact to try and keep the structure would cost more than tearing down and rebuilding. It was discussed with the client on site of the benefits to tearing down as well, building new, and with permits. Building without permits is usually very costly and trying to repair this structure would have cost more money than it was worth. In the long run not only will this client save money in a new structure, but will create more value with a permitted and permanent structure on the property. I had no idea that the client felt this way about the services so I could have eased his concerns."
"Thank you so much, it was a pleasure working with you."
"Really enjoyed meeting with you and look forward to helping with your small addition."
"Thanks, we enjoyed working with you."
"Thanks, glad we could be helpful."
"Sorry for the experience. When the client called for our services, I explained that I was going out of town in a couple of days. But they were very anxious to get someone out to the home to inspect it and they had no luck in getting response from other companies. So I made time on the day that I was to go out of town before we left and went and looked at home. Yes the report did come a couple day latter than expected, due to being in an area that had no data available. I actually drove over 30 minutes out of my way on vacation to go to a place that had WIFI so that I could email the report. I tried multiple times to contact the client to address their frustrations and never received a return call. I am sorry for their frustration and would have happily worked something out with them if they would have contacted me."
"Thank you."
"Sorry for the frustration. We fell about a week behind schedule, but had been in regular contact with the client and had no idea that they were so frustrated. Would have been happy to discuss and work something out with them if we had known this."
"Thank you!"
"Thanks!"
"Thanks! Sorry about the phone tag, but glad we finally connected and were able to be of service."
