This was a complete roof replacement. They worked for several weeks with my insurance company and eventually replaced my entire roof shingles. Their business is friendly and reasonably priced. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. Quality in their work is very important to them and it is obvious. Will definitely keep this contractor as a favorite!

Excellent experience dealing with Beyond Exteriors. Very professional, quick to respond out to provide estimate, and were able to come out the following week to do the job. They installed new gutters and downspouts, leaf guards, and repaired fascia for me, and did a wonderful job. I've had contractors do work at my house, and some are good with clean-up while others aren't. Aside from the fact that I had new gutters etc installed, I couldn't even tell that the installers had been to my house b/c they didn't leave any debris behind. Also, great customer service. I rec'd a call the day prior to confirm installation, then a call afterward to follow-up. Very professional. I think their prices may be slightly on the higher end, but, being a gov't worker, I know that choosing a project solely on price is not always beneficial for the customer. I've learned that you pay for what you get. I am very happy with the level of customer service and quality of work received from BE; can't emphasize this enough. I know I'll need a new roof eventually, so I'm definitely going to call them again. I recommend Beyond Exteriors for 1.) quality of work 2.) great customer service 3.) promptness of installers.

I think the work was done very fast, however they didn't give me a lot of notice ( less than 24 hours) that they were coming. This had me scrambling around to move my extra vehicle out of the driveway, other than that I am pleased.

The problem that I had required that my portico roof to be replaced. Rotten plywood was causing my moisture problem. Beyond Exteriors was professional and knowledable with providing the estimate. They did not communicate very well with me to keep me informed with starting time that they would doing the work and they omitted part of the work noted on the estimate. It took another two weeks for someone to complete the missing work. When it was completed they did a good job. I think that forgot about the missing work but after I sent an voice mail message is was completed in a few days. The important thing is that the roof drains well.
