Brad was very nice. He quickly came to the house and 2 days later my new furnace was installed. Very fair price. He will be back in the spring to install my central air conditioning unit. Great service and informative. I would definitely recommend his company.

The gentleman was very courteous and explained as to what needed to be done I would certainly recommend him to anyone who wants a honest and polite heating service person. Trust me not always do the large companies do want they say they have done I guess I have learned that very fast. This company is the best in my opinion. Had to come out to install A-line from my pool heater and then install the wrong type of line I have to go with a different And try to settle out but look like we might have to take him to court

After charging us $1,400, our AC still did not work and it was leaking water. We called, texted, and left voicemails to Brad for several days and he never responded. He was very fast and responsive to getting our business and but after he got paid he vanished.

I sent $1,200 and the problem is still there. I called them the same night after they serviced the fireplace told them the the fireplace was still having the same issue, they said they would contact me this week to schedule a follow up and I have not heard from them.

They had problems with the company getting the correct conversion kit for propane gas. Brad stayed right with it. Kept making calls, running back to Syracuse to keep exchanging the part. Not Brad's fault. He even reduced the hours on the bill for us. He was here late into the night until he got it up and running. It runs great. Would hire again . Really nice guy.

Brad was dishonest with us about a part needed for our furnace. He told us it was obsolete and it would cost a lot to fix the furnace and he pushed for us to get a new furnace installed right away. I found the part online for $70 and ordered it. We are extremely disappointed in his business practices. We trusted him and he exploited our trust. We are going with a different reputable company.

"I apologize for the miscommunication about this issue. As for the part in question I reached out to my supply houses about the part and was told it was an obsolete/discontinued part. We also had the discussion that this furnace already had a costly repair in the past. Also that the furnace is in rough shape. I discussed with you the long term option about replacement. As for the $180.00 charge that is a diagnostic fee. In this industry there is a diagnostic fee from every company not just specific to our company. Now I understand that you acquired said part from amazon. As a professional ordering parts from sites like that is not something that we do. The parts are unreliable hence why I do not order parts from websites like that. We have made that mistake once and the part was inoperable. If it works then that is great but we have a standard operating procedure as to how we get parts. We do this for reliability and functionality. We are always honest and forthright with all of the work that we do. I am sorry that you guys feel this way about this interaction. I wish you nothing but the best if there is a way that we can alleviate this situation please reach out to my office. Thank you and have a wonderful evening,"
