Corona supply chain issues required compromise on what new furnaces are most readily available. Took 2-3 weeks start to finish. Order wait times are never on time, always pushed out. Could not afford to take the chance of waiting minimum 4-6 weeks for most efficient having it turn out to be much longer. running into heating season. Brad was professional, prompt, kept me up to date. I would recommend this company.

I called Brad on a Friday about a leak in my 25 year old water heater, and by Saturday at noon he had already installed a new water heater. His work was neat and efficient, he was friendly and responsive, so I am obviously very happy with his company BGMG Heating and Air.

Brad was very quick to reply and made an appointment within a couple days. He was professional and took the time to explain everything that he did. His work is exceptional as well as his customer service. He will be my fireplace and boiler service man from here on out! I prefer to support Veteran run businesses.

Brad was very responsive to my initial request thru home advisor. Came out and serviced both furnace and a/c unit as well as cleaning out a trap where water runs thru to dispose of water for a/c unit within the furnace (i had a water leak). Turns out in addition to water backing up in a clogged trap, there was also a leak discovered after his visit in the drain line. Brad came back and replaced the drain line and so far there have been no leaks. I would not hesitate to contact Brad again should the need arise. He appears to be an honest guy in a business where homeowners can easily be over charged for less adequate work. His pricing is fair compared to others i've had for service in the past.
