    This is my second year using Bi-State and while year one was a bit bumpy year 2 has been excellent. Jim, the owner, is very responsive when you call, he schedules the service calls on his own. I highly recommend this service and will continue with them going forward.

    This was my second year to use their service. They just raised price for pool opening and cleaning service, I totally understood because of inflation these days. I wanted to have my pool ready on the Memorial Day so I called and reserved for opening and cleaning service 2months ahead and also double checked with them 2 days before. On the pool opening day, no one showed up neither received any call. I called them several times no one picked up or called me back. I text messaged to the owner about this situation and he replied me someone is going to come to open the pool next day. Next day, someone came to opened the pool. He opened it, run the system and left. He suppose to come to clean for a few times until pool gets cleaned. He came total 3 times total, 1st and 2nd visit, the pool guy stayed less than 5 mins, just threw some chemicals in the pool and left. On the last visit finally he vacuumed the pool, but it was not perfectly cleaned. I still see debris and dirt on the bottom, water was cloudy. I called to owner again, and he said he will send someone to clean next day. But no one came to clean on the next day. Of course did not get any called either. They did good last year, that is why I wanted to hired them again this year. The pool guy used to come my house every week, was really nice and did good job. I don't know what happened to them this year, But because they did not show up twice and bad services I decided not to have weekly service with them anymore. I messaged to Owner and let him know that his worker did not show up and clean my pool again, and I do not want to have weekly service anymore. The owner replied to me "ok" and that's it. He did not apologize or explain anything. One more thing, I found huge crack, a big piece of concrete fell down from the side wall of the pool and it is sitting on the bottom. I wish the pool maintenance guy could notice me if he saw it while he was cleaning. He just skipped that area to vacuum...

    Sorry about the delay..one of my vac guys totaled my van on may 22nd,and then quit, left me in a tough spot. I did the best I could ,this is all I can do. you texted me about not coming. I said ok. I did not know you were upset, or I would have offer service at no charge and worked with you. The owner Jim.

    Very responsive and accommodating to my scheduling needs Can be relied upon to be there as promised. Knowledgeable . Only caveat - not as careful with or responsive to small details as I hoped. Had to redo some anchors with installation of new pool cover. Only reason I did not give 5 star. Very experienced. You are safe with this company

    I would definitely hire them again... The company I had been using for years to service my pools were too busy and never returned my phone calls for an estimate to install a new pool safety cover.... I Googled pool service near me I called a few companies for estimates Jim he called me back right away showed up when he said he would to survey. I receive other estimates but decided to go with Bi-State as Jim came out personally others sent less knowledgeable employees that just took measurements and couldnâ  t answer any questions I had. Jimâ  s price was fair they came on time and were professional no kids playing they knew what they were doing. Will definitely have Bi-State service my going forward.
