Poor communication between owner and employees. Owner came out to bid on project and write up quote. (and had me take a picture of it to have a ?copy?). Couple weeks later on on scheduled work day, Crew showed up 1/2 hr late and asked ME what they were to work on. I had to bring up the picture from my phone to show them the quote of work. But at the end of the day, the job was done.

Installed 240 outlet for my Ham Radio equipment. they did a great job. I am, very pleased.

They were on time and did a great job. The only reason I can't give them 5 stars is that the invoice included fees that were never mentioned when I asked for an estimate on the phone. There is a $50 trip fee plus a $60 fee for scaffolding. The fees were not unreasonable but they should have been mentioned up front when I asked and did mention the high ceiling ahead of time. But all in all they did a great job and I was pleased with the work. I also appreciated them working on a Saturday.

He called and showed up when he said he would, got the work done in a short time, was very knowledgeable and the price was reasonable. Yes, I would recommend Charlie with Bible Electric Company

Charlie came on a Sunday because we were worried about a potential fire hazard with an outlet that looked like it could be shorting out. It was melted pretty bad. Really appreciated that he was able to make it. Also, he does a really good job on explaining why he does things a particular way and the extra level of safety and quality. I would definitely recommend this business.

Charlie came to the house as planned with very little notice. He was very personable. He was fairly quick to find the issue and fix it (GFCI plug malfunctioning in the half bath which he replaced). The cost was reasonable ($200) considering we had him come to the house within a few hours of our call. I will certainly use this company again.

Quick response and scheduling. I purchased two additional fixtures for install after setting my appt. so the technicians were expecting a smaller job but happily installed the new fixtures. Very pleased with the experience.

I hired Bible Electric originally and they did a good job installing an additional bus bar in a home I just sold. I requested their help on a great deal of additional work in my new home. After multiple phone calls, emails and text requests, I was never contacted back. After sending a final disappointing text, I finally got a response, but had already hired someone else. Poor customer service.

Mr Bible and his assistant were very professional. He put in a protector at the breaker box for the household GFIC's. They also replaced a wiring harness on a ceiling fan and helped me determine that a vanity light only had a bulb problem. Another guy said he would replace the vanity fixture. That saved me money. I also thought Bible's Electric were more than reasonable in their fees. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to any one

he was polite and took me seriously. Other companies I called thought a ceiling fan just wasn't worth their time. Bibles electric wasn't busy with heat and air jobs.

Charlie came to our house to help with a light switch install. He was very friendly and even went out of his way to fix another issue he noticed while here (at no extra charge, because it didn't take any extra time) and explained exactly what he did and what we did to cause the issue. I have already recommended him to someone else. Great work, service, timeliness and price! Definitely recommend!
