I hired Mr. Bickford to repair a few kitchen cabinets which had loose hinges. He promptly answered my request and repaired the doors within the next few days. Now, about one month later, one of the cabinet doors he originally repaired is not working properly once again. Hinge has loosened and door will not shut. I have tried to call Mr. Bickford twice and have gotten an automated voice mail service both times. I left messages and still have not received any replies. Not sure why? I called ServiceMagic to get help and will follow up if I do not hear from Mr. bickford within the next few days. Michelle MANCELL

Mr. Bickford contacted me right away, looked up the playset to be put together to give me an accurate/fair quote, was very professional, and he worked with his colleague two straight days (on the weekend) out in the hot memphis heat and got my son's playset built! Stayed on budget, quality work. DIdn't charge me extra for having to take apart what my husband had tried to do himself! I will definitely use him again

Steve did a great job on the exterior trim work the he performed at one of my rental properties. He accomplised all of the work in a professional, timely fashion. On the initial estimate of the job he thought that the gable vent required replacing. Durung the course of the repairs he discovered that it did not. He actually finished the for job $80.00 less than than original quote. I would recommend him to others seeking to have exterior trim work done on thier homes.

Excellent workmanship, communication and professsionalism. Fair price. Repaired two sections of our fence. Once on site, he determined that we needed 4 new stringers rather than use the old ones. He promptly purchased and installed them. He held to his estimate and did not charge me for the new stringers. I would ask Mr. Bickford to complete other home repair projects without hesitation.
