From start to finish they were there for me. They kept me informed and met there schedule.

Stefan, one of the owners, was great to work with -- prompt, courteous, good communication, knowledgeable. Roofing crew was also courteous and professional. I now have a completely new roof, and I feel secure that my property has been greatly improved. I highly recommend Bidio for your roofing needs.

I was going to replace the roof with the same original roof, which was asphalt. Then, I asked them for a bid on a metal roof. They actually replaced the roof with a metal one for a lot less than any of the other bids I got. One day, and the house and shed were done.

Ben Reid was exceptionally good in representing Bidio Solutions to put a new metal roof on my house. I have both a pitched and flat roof. Ben knew how to put a slope on the flat part to install a metal roof with drainage. I wish the workmen had put tarps down before scraping off the old roof to keep the trash and nails out of my gravel. Ben worked with my insurance to get coverage for my hail damage.

Was fantastic at customer service - at first. Had a few loose ends to tie up after the roofing job was done and paid for and have taken FOREVER to complete these. Rep said he had to oversee other ongoing jobs before he could get to my loose end. Soured my opinion.. UPDATE FROM AN EARLIER REVIEW. 12.30.20 This roofing project was completed around the end of October. The roofing crew had dropped something off the roof and it popped a hole in the top of a storage bin on the ground. Since then, I have gone back and forth with the company and had them tell me I was a difficult customer. I disagree with that and am posting the email text between us since I started trying to get this problem wrapped up: I had to edit out a few portions due to space. 11.10.20 7:45 am Stephan Thank you for keeping me informed on your progress. I'm sorry you're having a hard time finding a replacement for that. Even if it takes a while or you have to order it, the thing that's most important to me is that you keep up with me and let me know the status. This way I can keep the tenants informed as to what I'm doing to make them whole. I look forward to hearing from you soon Hopefully I will find one this morning I will keep you updated on what I find and send you pictures of any comparable storage bins I come across. 11.12.10 9:38am Hey Wendy I just missed your call. I had to order the storage bin online and will have it delivered to your building. Once it's delivered, I will have my guys come and remove the old bin. Stefon thank you very much. And you said it was being delivered to the apartments? Yes it's being delivered to your property. Please let you tenant know this is an upgraded storage bin as well. What they had before was plastic and this one is steel. Thank you! Please let me know when you have it scheduled for delivery as we still need to collect final payment from you. Also, will they be the ones assembling it? 12.7.20 7:46 am Good morning Wendy. I didn't hear from you yesterday regarding the storage bin. I need to collect your final balance today as it's been almost 2 months since we finished your roof. Please let me know when I can pick that up from you. Wendy, I still need to collect payment from you today. I paid for an upgraded storage bin for your tenant and we have been extremely patient with this whole process. Please let me know when it will be ready. Stefan the tenant did get back to me and they do want you all to assemble it please. You do not need to dispose of the old one we will do that. I have no problem with continuing to pay you guys today as long as you can get somebody out here to install or assemble is all set to install it tomorrow. 12 9.20 10:01 am. Stefan Could you please get a hold of X and see what time he said he was going to be here today? Im trying to be here when the crew comes to assemble that storage unit Yes, I will call him now 12.30.20 10:25am Wendy, I am highly disappointed with the reviews that you have left for my company as they are not a true representation of how we have gone above and beyond for you. Due to your irrational reviews and behavior toward this matter, we will no longer be helping you with your storage bin and I will be sending you a bill for $200 as that was the additional cost for the upgraded storage we bought for your tenant. I Totally disagree with you. Those reviews were balanced. Don't really care to discuss this matter with you as you have proven to be nothing but a difficult customer. I believe that I gave you all a fair amount of time to get this matter taken care of. First of all, we are not responsible for putting together a storage bin for you. We were going to do that out of kindness. But now, you've tarnished our relationship and we will no longer be helping you. Also, ...

Great crew, stayed late to get the roof complete the same day.

Good quote and great customer service.

Staff provided good service and resolved some long-standing roof problems.

The company rep was very nice and tried very hard to make things right. The project was very much by the seat of their pants. If there was any oversite by management it was hard to tell. Job is still not complete to our satisfaction.

After some communication problems the job was completed to my satisfaction. Will be using them again in the future for other projects.

They did a great job, we are pleased

So glad this company never did any work in our home! Beware!

Very helpful

They do a good job and are an ethical family run business.

They did a great job at a good price. They followed up and made sure I was happy
