I was going to replace the roof with the same original roof, which was asphalt. Then, I asked them for a bid on a metal roof. They actually replaced the roof with a metal one for a lot less than any of the other bids I got. One day, and the house and shed were done.

Ben Reid was exceptionally good in representing Bidio Solutions to put a new metal roof on my house. I have both a pitched and flat roof. Ben knew how to put a slope on the flat part to install a metal roof with drainage. I wish the workmen had put tarps down before scraping off the old roof to keep the trash and nails out of my gravel. Ben worked with my insurance to get coverage for my hail damage.

Was fantastic at customer service - at first. Had a few loose ends to tie up after the roofing job was done and paid for and have taken FOREVER to complete these. Rep said he had to oversee other ongoing jobs before he could get to my loose end. Soured my opinion.. UPDATE FROM AN EARLIER REVIEW. 12.30.20 This roofing project was completed around the end of October. The roofing crew had dropped something off the roof and it popped a hole in the top of a storage bin on the ground. Since then, I have gone back and forth with the company and had them tell me I was a difficult customer. I disagree with that and am posting the email text between us since I started trying to get this problem wrapped up: I had to edit out a few portions due to space. 11.10.20 7:45 am Stephan Thank you for keeping me informed on your progress. I'm sorry you're having a hard time finding a replacement for that. Even if it takes a while or you have to order it, the thing that's most important to me is that you keep up with me and let me know the status. This way I can keep the tenants informed as to what I'm doing to make them whole.
