Complete Home Inspection
These guys were amazing. The inspector kept in constant contact with us. Explained what he was doing and explained the finale result. The price was good for all the service he provided. The report with pictures provided us with insurance that he did a complete inspection with corrected recommendation.
Since we are not in the local area the inspection process was very vital to us. They came highly recommended and I see why.

I was on the fence about getting an inspection on the foundation pre poor inspection. After getting this inspection done it made things so much better. I spent weeks trying to tell my builder what I thought needed to be done with no progress. After this inspection I gave my builder the report and the next day it was getting done. I would not do it again without an inspection with Big 24.

Nick was very professional, he came on time and took his time to check everything in the house, the roof, the attic, the appliances, the electric installation, the H-vac, plumbing, the fence, the foundation. I mean everything. He stayed at the property over two hours. Also I got his report the same day, Nick is a kind of person that he answers every question you might have . I will definitely will hire him if I need another inspection.
