Big Al came my home to assess the problem, re: dryer. He confirmed the problem, told me I had to pay for parts, which he ordered. I received a text when part was available. He came back to replace part. He and his wife were very friendly and professional. Big Al completed the job at the estimated time. I would recommend this company to my friends and family. Very pleased with the job.

Al did a great job. I had purchased parts to fix a squeaky dryer and Al came over to install the parts for a reasonable rate. Upon doing the job he discovered that there was an issue with the heating element that was potentially dangerous. He ordered the part and we scheduled for him to come by the next day which he did. There wasn't a second service charge (but did tip him, because he deserved it). Highly recommend.

Yes Al was fantastic and made sure my glass stovetop was replaced before Christmas. His initial estimate to receive the part from Bosch was about a week. Of course we all want our stuff done in time for the holidays. When Bosch failed to deliver the part on time, he went out of his way to source it and expedite it from another vendor so I could have it repaired before Christmas. He did not charge me anything extra for expediting through a new vendor. He showed up on time and the installation was perfect. Now Al was great, but the real star of the show is Cathy, the office manager. She was my first point of contact and she went above and beyond with her communication. She was so reliable and really seemed to care that my order was fulfilled before Christmas. Thank you so much Cathy! You were a pleasure to deal with. The cost was also reasonable - I did check other repair places on here.

Washing machine repair - He was very nice and professional. Had the problem solved in a couple of minutes and was out of here.

The service was exceptional! My oven wasn’t heating and I contacted Big Al’s through Angi’s List. Cathy called me immediately and set up a quick appointment. Al came right in the appt window and diagnosed that the heating element was burned out. He made the extra effort to come back the same day and fixed it for a very fair price. I highly recommend Big Al’s for your appliance repair jobs!

Al's business responded quickly and set up an appointment for the next day. When he examined the wine cooler, he determined it needed a new relay. Unable to find one online, since the cooler is old, he finally contacted Vinotemp on the phone. He patiently persisted with the usual "hold, please" disconnection and finally was able to order the needed part. 4 days later he was shipped the wrong relay piece and contacted them again and got the correct part sent immediately. The best part of this was he kept me informed about what was going on, since this caused a delay in his return to complete the repair. When he finally got the correct part, he scheduled an appointment, called that he was on his way, and quickly replaced the defective part. Al is a true professional who takes care of the customer and sees a job to its successful completion. Highly recommend him for any type of appliance repair--he does everything except Sanyo and LG. I am very satisfied!
