Big Apple did several plumbing jobs for us, including replacing corroded drain pipes under the basement slab, installing a new garbage disposal, and clearing clogged drains. The technicians explained the problems and proposed solutions clearly. They did not try to sell services we did not need. The quality of work was excellent, and the technicians cleaned the work area on completion.

The service by Gabriel was excellent. He explained everything and advised me well on what to purchase as faucet replacements. Very friendly, informative, and prompt. I would have given a higher review except that I thought the price was a bit high for the work involved. I will use them again (and may be another bid).

Big Apple @ 831 73rd. Ave, Denver, Co was fantastic. My toilet tank cracked yesterday am right before I began my work day. I called them & they had someone out that afternoon to replace my old toilet with a new one. Disraeli was efficient, prompt & did the best clean up I've ever had from a plumber. I would definitely recommend them!!

Super quick and professional. Jason was able to troubleshoot over the phone to get the leak to stop while the technician was on the way. Our technician, Gabriel, was fantastic- he explained everything he was doing and sent photos of the areas that he repaired and replaced for our records. He was very knowledgeable and patient. We would definitely use Big Apple again!

Gas Piping
Jason was great! He kept in touch in his arrival time and got the job done. He installed a gas line to the kitchen. I've since had him back for another job.

Jason arrived early and did a great job installing our kitchen faucet! He also gave us an additional senior citizen discount, and fixed a drain that another firm improperly installed years ago and he didn't charge for this service--he's great!

My experience with Jason and Big Apple Plumbing & Heating was just as I wanted. I wanted quick, quality service at a fair price. Jason answered all of my questions via web, email and phone. He called me the day of my appointment to let me know how his schedule was progressing. Once at my house he made quick work of a leaking valve that required replacement and explained how to save money in the future. (He also guarantees his work and his replacement parts for one year.) I will use him again and recommend Big Apple Plumbing & Heating to my family and neighbors.

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
He is awesome and wouldn't use anybody else. He was fast, arrived ahead of schedule and the work was exceptional. I am moving to my townhouse and going to hire him again to switch out our old water heater. If you don't want the best then look some where else.

Flawless from start to finish. I've had cheaper plumbers in the past and I can tell you, you get what you pay for. Friendly, honest and super efficient, he had the cracked outside faucet replaced and put in a shut off valve to avoid it happening again. He also fixed my kitchen sink which had been leaking for years. Was super fast and rock solid. He's now my go-to plumber.

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Jason responded to my call very quickly and came out to assess the situation in short order...with NO service charge. He did the work (replaced hot water heater) in a very timely manner, very professionally and helped me out with a minor (for him!) plumbing issue as well. He was easy to work with and obviously knows his business well. He will be my first call for any future plumbing needs!

Jason was very thorough and made sure to show us how everything worked. He even let us know our water heater is on borrowed time and how to turn the water off if we leave on vacation. Great customer service and nice friendly attitude.

He did a great job. It took longer than expected and charged me quoted price. I was wondering if he was going add costs for extra time but kept to the quoted price which seems like a only fashion honorable quality you do not see much any more. Was happy with everything.

Jason is a real down-to-earth guy, and iknows his plumbing! I have hired him for two different jobs, one was a leaky faucet in the laundry room and the other was a U joint that failed in the master bathroom sink. The latter was an emergency, I contacted him the evening ii discovered the problem and he responded right away. He came first thing the next morning and fixed the problem within an hour. Jason assess the problem, gives you options on how to correct it and gives you his recommendation. What he recommends is not always the most expensive option, but what he feels is the best option. I.e. Don't replace it if it can be repaired properly at a reasonable price. He does great work, He is reasonably priced, he is always on time and he's just a genuinely nice guy. I would highly recommend Jason and Big Apple Plumbing for all plumbing needs.

Jason at Big Apple Plumbing is the man you want to hire for your plumbing job, hands down. I almost don't want to review him because I don't need him getting busier than he already is but he deserves the kudos. Jason is one of the last plumbers in town that actually charges you by the hour for the job regardless of what it is. No trip charge, no investigation fee, free estimates, no magic book that has tiered pricing based on the job and NO commission markup. Not only does the job he says he's going to do but he will actually walk you through how you can either fix issues yourself or how you can avoid issues in the future. We have used big apple twice now. Once to fix a leak in a copper pipe which was done very quickly and then a follow up to replace that whole stretch of pipe which he noticed had so many patches on it that he recommended we get it done. Both jobs completed on time and done at a fraction of the price that other "big" plumbing companies would charge. If you want to pay four times as much for a plumber in a big fancy painted truck with a cool uniform than be my guest. I'll only use big apple from no on.
