Plumber went out of his way to get all the materials needed to get the job done efficiently & quickly. The sink was a wall mount, he also did a great job of the finishing work. Would recommend.

My kitchen drain was clogged for the first time in twenty year and my regular plumber was not able to resolve the blockage. He wanted me to replace the entire pipe so I decided to get a second opinion and found Big Benz. He assured me that he can take care of the problem and although it was a lot of work but in the end he got the job done. Big Benz definitely knows what he is talking about and I would highly recommend him for any tough plumbing job.

I had an emergency leak and the owner was very responsive; he was in my apartment within 30 minutes of contact. He was quick to assess the issue and gave me a quote. Iâ  m normally very skeptical and like to shop around, so I called my friend whoâ  s currently in plumbing school and he said this was a standard price for the job and from a plumbing master. I thought the whole thing would take days but to my surprise he said only a few hours as he had special equipment to snap a big pipe. Within hours we finished. It was a pleasant experience.

Reasonable price, quick and reliable

i hired Big Banz Plumbing and heating to install a new water heater. Mr. Warrick dented the new water heater trying to install it. I had water leaking into my basement from the old water heater because he did not remove it properly. He cut a line from the water heater to my furnace and did a sloppy job replacing it. He left the box to the new water heater in the middle of my living room floor and the old water heater in the middle of my driveway. Also if that is not enough he promised me a invoice with a warranty which he has not produced. When my husband came home he was furious that a company that was recommended by home advisor could do a horrible job like this. The bottom line is He did a very sloppy job and my husband and i would advise everyone reading this to stay clear of this company.

Professional followed up on timimg, and was courteous and efficient.

They came on a Sunday for an emergency repair and fixed everything, plus a 6 month guarantee

We hired Big Banz to replace a broken piece of pipe under the kitchen sink. They arrived quickly and were friendly, but needed to go find a replacement piece of pipe in the neighborhood. When the service representative returned and completed repairs, the charge was over $300. Unfortunately, we noticed leaking and called him back to repair the leak caused by the pipe replacement work. He returned that evening. Unfortunately, there was still leaking and a possibility we would be charged an additional amount to fix the leak. Instead, we hired another plumber to complete the repair paying over $200 more. I was disappointed Big Banz did not realize when installing the new pipe they broke the seal around the drain which caused leaking around the drain.
