I really liked working with Barry. He cares about the work, he followed through on the things we asked for, and he made some good suggestions for things. I found his pricing to be very fair and affordable, especially given the quality of the work. There were a few things he forgot to do which resulted in return visits, but I never had to worry whether or not he would show up again, even after I paid him. I would hire them again.

This plumber came to install a new water heater for us even though he had been badly injured the day before at a job because he did not want to leave us without hot water. We appreciated his concern for us, his professionalism & good work, and his low price. I recommend Big Bear's Plumbing to everyone.

Berry came out at 11 PM to check out a possibly bad (if not dangerous) condition with a gas water heater. Turned out to be the vent ducting separating. Took a few minutes to correct the issue . . . . and he didn't charge me a dime. You don't find service like that much any more. Highly recommend the man for your job.

I discovered that our water tank had a leak about 2 PM yesterday. I called Barry at about 4 PM and he picked up a new tank and began removing the old tank at about 7 PM. Great service.
