They know how to take care of their veterans.

They did not bring gas leak measurement equipment. they could not check gas leakage after he fixed up it. but, energy company checked gas leakage at same place. So, they did not fixed it. I paid for it with $95. I called this company and they could not fix it.(1/12/2021).

They did a good job but they are quite expensive. A simple drain snaking with a motorized auger, they wanted to charge over $900 at first. We compromised at $440. The job literally took 10 minutes. Nice enough workers but willing to charge too much.

I needed a furnace inspection and cleaning. They contacted me quickly and worked around my schedule to get the project done.

A couple of months ago I had another company look at my AC because it was not pushing cool air. They discovered the AC had tripped the breaker. They added some freon, tripped the breaker back on, and told me I would need a new AC in a short time - likely no more than a year. They left and in just a few hours, the unit tripped the breaker again and kept doing this after only a few minutes after I would put the breaker back on. I was certain I needed a new AC and started this project on Home Advisor. I selected a few contractors on HA and almost immediately Big Ben Enterprises called me and said they could come out same day. I decided to have them look at my current AC before giving me a quote on a new one. They completed a very thorough inspection of my unit and found everything to be working. They then told me I had a bad breaker. They put a new one in and, voila!, everything is working nicely. I am so grateful for the honesty of the professionals Big Ben sent to my home. My AC unit is very old so I know I will be needing a new one eventually, but their honesty has given me time to save up for a new one. When the time does come, Big Ben will be the first company I will call to quote a new unit. They were also very patient with my questions. I like to learn as much as possible about the process and they answered all of my questions. Thank you!!

Did a great job

We had Big Ben Enterprise provide us a quote to do annual maintenance on two of our furnaces for our Rochester, MI property. Their quote was reasonable. While servicing one unit, one of the motors had an issue and within an hour, they had the replacement part and quickly installed it. Additionally, they replaced the thermostat with a new wall unit since the buttons were stuck and would not change the temperature up/down. They were professional, spent time to explain my questions and changed the filters. I will schedule them to come back next year and also this spring to provide maintenance to our 2 AC units.

The first time I called them to get the quote, but I got more than just the quote. They provided me very valuable suggestions on the thermostat shopping. Once I got the thermostat and called them again, they scheduled the service right away and got the job done well and quickly with the very fair price. They are also very knowledgeable about the Smart Thermostat, I would definitely recommend the Big Ben Enterprises if you want to install the smart WIFI thermostat.

Very disappointed with Big Ben Enterprises. Had a $14,000 Geothermal unit installed by Big Ben Enterprise. I have had nothing but problems with the unit! Big Ben made multiple multiple trips out to fix it, but I still had problem after problem! I found out the young man (who was very nice) that came out to do these repairs wasn't even licensed. After still having issues, I had 2 different companies come inspect the geo unit. One of the companies acutely laughed at the poor quality of the installation! Both companies found almost $3000 worth of issues with the unit that Big Ben did incorrectly (not up to code). I also discovered Big Ben pulled ZERO permits for this installation. Big Ben was honest and admitted they knew of these issues, but didn't bother to fix them during the initial installation! I wanted to fair, so I gave them the options to fix the issues. I gave them this opportunity to fix they're wrong, but they still didn't fix all the issues and the issues they did fix, they used the cheapest equipment/parts on the market. Some of those parts quickly failed. I still continued to have issues with the unit and water leaked in my Basment from there poor plumbing work on the unit. I had to spend another $2000 to have the remainder of these issues fixed by another company. Not the mention the increase of my heating bill do to the unit not working up to its capability due to poor/improper installation. Throughout this whole process, Big Ben was very nice and polite, but that doesn't make up for all the problems I've had with this unit, the extra money its cost me, and time I've spent dealing with this. The owner of the company is a police officer, so I didn't hesitate to trust him. Right now I feel like I was taken advantage of by Big Ben enterprise. I would NOT recommend Big Ben enterprise.

I emailed Big Ben during the night, and I received a phone call at 7 am the following day. The technicians came the same day, diagnosed and fixed the problem. The fee was more than fair. I would definitely recommend this company.

This company was very professional, called back within a 1/2 hour, and had my furnace up and running within 2 hours of my initial phone call. They are reasonable and charge a fair price. They have my business from now on.

Ralph, from Big Ben, came out within a half an hour of him calling me through Home Advisor; he was very informative and had a high quality furnace ready it install. I had my furnace replaced and was warm again under 24 hours of my furnace dying. Thank you!
