Team was very professional.

When I called Big Bend MIT to come over and take a look at my internet speed and connection, they could not identify the problem as I am paying for 900 mb from AT&T fiber and the TVs always circling and we canâ t enjoy our shows. Also uploading my videos to my YouTube channel was a nightmare. So they suggested a wireless system that will outperform anything else and will solve all my problems. They wanted to charge me $699 per device and $125 installation and configuration, saying that I need 2 for the house, 1 for downstairs and 1 for upstairs. I thought this is nuts, simply expensive. I paid their consultation fee of $125 for nothing. I went to best buy and I spoke with the geeks squad about my problem, he was very helpful, he recommended Orbi two devices for $762 and instructed me on how to install it and how user friendly and easy to do. I paid for it and took it home, I sat them up myself and tried it out. What a great wifi, I was able to get internet all over the place. No dead spots in my house anymore. But the internet speed still bad while I am paying premium, TVs still circling and my uploads takes forever. I called the geeks squad and requested a visit to see if I have done something wrong. They came to my house and the guy was so helpful and professional. However he could not get my internet speed up. I asked him to return the equipment back and he said he canâ t take them, I had to go to the store and return them. Anyhow, I called AT&T for the zillionth time and they indicated that everything from their end was perfect. So I was lost. I called Big Bend MIT again and I asked if they guarantee their work and they said they warranty their work for life. I was like ok come on in and get this done. The technician showed up and had the equipment, it was linksys and she started working. I was like, I saw that at best buy and they did not recommend it to me, jeez this problem is not going to be solved. After a while she told me she was done and asked me to look at the internet speed on her phone. I was like, I donâ t care what your phone shows, I am going to try the internet speed myself. I turned on my apple TV and put on a movie, then fast forward, no circling. I was like oh well ok, then I went to my computer and tried to upload a video to my YouTube channel and it uploaded it in few seconds. I was like alright, wow, ok then what? I guess the problem is gone! My bill was nuts, $1648 but I sucked it up since the problem was solved. So anyway I was at Walmart and found those linksys 3 devices for 469 and I was pissed off. I requested the associate to show me those and he said he cant open the box so I bought them and came back home to find out those looked the same but much smaller in size and lighter in weight. Honestly I was relieved. So anyway I unplug the devices I just bought from Bug Bend MIT and plug those new ones to try them, and it was like the orbi, coverage everywhere but internet was very slow. So I packed them again and took them to Walmart for returns. I came back and plug the devices I bought from Big Bend MIT and the speed was outstanding. Honestly, it was worth every penny, they are not cheep but they donâ t cut on the quality. They solved my problem once and for all. I highly recommend them, especially for wifi!

Jeff installed an outdoor antenna for us. He was punctual, courteous, professional, very reasonable and we're delighted with his work, We live in Converse and are very happy about cutting cable. We highly recommend this company and Jeff.

Very professional handling my installation of my home theatre needs. Very polite and knowledgeable. They have been to my home for several installations and they have been very good at meeting all my electronic needs. Any future needs in the electronics department will be handled by the Geeks SWAT.

It was a 30 min job and they turned it a 2 hours job.

Promised SO MUCH MORE than was delivered. Told me a $400 antenna (he would not sell me anything less, and it ended up being $420) would bring in 180 channels; it brought in the usual less than fifty local channels. I only cared about getting ONE PARTICULAR channel, and it is still coming in glitchy and largely unwatchable. Original quoted price of $530; I was charged $690 (told me labor was $125/hr, but did not tell me it was $125 PER PERSON, and did not tell me two would show up). Two out of three men to visit never wore masks. First **consult** was late one hour; second installation visit was one hour late too. Used my personal ladder to get to the roof, making me liable. Blames the trees for the lousy reception too--then tells me he will cut the tree limbs if I get the pole for him. Tried to blame an old TV set too, but a second TV gets the same results (less than fifty channels). One of the worst experiences I have ever had to deal with for me to recruit and trust people with my home: this is fraud. He put himself up like a professional, and he did NOT have the honesty about it and expertise to complete the job promised. This experience is so sour--a literal con--that I am making sure this review is my last contact with Home Advisor as well: too many promises, too many nightmares.

When I initially called them to come out and mount a TV, they werent able to mount it properly and also scratched a piece of my furniture. This was in July of 2020. They made me pay for mounting the TV anyways. At that time, they explained to me how they have this bullet proof Wi-Fi network that will increase my speed 3-4X and offer phenomenal coverage, lifetime warranty, with Cisco proprietary devices. They quoted me $6700, I decided to not do the work at that time. Directly From the proposal: Performance Wi-Fi 6 Mesh System-Cisco 5.7 Gbps, 9,000 sq ft, 600 devices simultaneously $699/unit, $120 install/unit. They said I would need 8 units and 8 mounts, and $120/unit install fee. I called them back and about 8 months later and told them I was interested in the Wi-Fi. They told me they would come out the next day and do the work and collected a 2K down payment. Merhai showed up and came to the conclusion that I need 12 total units, and stated they would run the electrical lines for me to get Wi-Fi all the way to my front gate. I was originally expecting that 8 would cover this, from the original proposal. When I asked Merhai to cut it down from 12 to 10 units, he rudely asked is it about the money sir? When I told him this was rude and not his business, he stated that he is a nerd and most people in his industry have bad social skills and are autistic and that he was sorry he didnt have great social skills. Anyways, they plug in 10 units and tell me they are going to come back Friday to finish all electrical work. and there would be no charge to me outside of materials for the electrical work. They would also mount all units and made me sign an invoice and charge my credit card another 7K. This price was to include the electrical work. When they leave, I see that they installed retail Linksys devices (Linksys MX5300 to be exact) in my home. These devices retail $325/unit at best buy. I immediately called and stated these are not the devices we agreed to. They told me that they upgrade the devices firmware and software and this justifies them charging $700/unit and $120/unit install. After this conversation I called Belkin. They told me that nothing can justify such a charge on a Linksys device and that they offer firmware updates for life on these devices and nothing that this company does can drastically increase the performance of these devices. At 8am the next morning I called to speak to Merhai and tried to resolve this in a very professional manner. I tell him I was misled and to come and pick up the devices and I would pay him $500 for the time his guys spent, even though this company deceived me. I didnt want to get into disputing charges, etc. He tried everything he could from special gifts he was going to give me to discounts for me to keep the items and said they dont take returns but he would talk to the board members of the company and they might make an exception for me. He kept talking about how they are a huge company and they have a board of directors and they have been around forever. He stated they are the only company in all of Texas doing residential AI (Artificial Intelligence). He also mentioned that he may be fired if I want to return the product. I confirmed I still wanted a refund. I dont hear anything back so I text Merhai and ask for an update 1 day later. He states this in a text: I was let go, you will receive a call from them tomorrow morning. To which I responded good luck to you. Today, I receive a call from their office and a woman on the phone tells me they cannot do electrical work and that they can come finish the work and offered me a $1000 discount. I politely declined. I also confirmed Merhai was NOT fired. I explain to her to look at the original quote and they quoted me on different devices than what they installed. These people are scam artists. STAY AWAY

The audio system they installed is wonderful and works great but they had to remove and reinstall the crown molding. They did a horrible job replacing it and it looks way worse than the original crown molding. If I knew it was going to look like this then we would not have done this project.

Review: I will call those pros. the good guys, especially the smart one with accent. this Italian is incredible, intelligent and superior in what he does. the good guys built my whole smart multi-million dollar house including entertainment system. everything activated via voice command. all what i do is requesting Alexa to do something, such as, play this song or movie, show me the cameras at the gate, open the garage, turn off the light or almost anything i want. I never been happy with the internet signal as i am now, never drooped and super fast. 8 K video quality with 250" TV, what a picture. the sound systems and the bass is the clearest and the best i ever heard. just about everything they did was what 2020 technology should look like everywhere. I do recommend the good guys for every technology related work, they got it covered perfectly.
