Bill was absolutely awesome in helping us completely demolish and rebuild our bathroom. It was in bad shape, lots of cement and old piping, etc. Actually, I'm sure it was a nightmare for Bill, but he never made us feel like it was anything more than his job and he wanted to make it what we wanted!
