I had about 800 SQ FT tile project that the grout was very dirty. Mike cleaned it and I believe for the money it was well worth it. I had been doing a little at a time and had already spend about 20 hours on it when I decided I needed help and I am delighted with the results.

My bathroom and kitchen tile/grout was very dirty and my shower tile had build-up from water. After coming to take a look, Mike told me he couldn't help with the shower; that perhaps I would need steam cleaning service. We negotiated a lower price and he did the bathroom and kitchen tile. The grout had been repaired with a different color at some point in the past, so the look was not perfect, but it certainly looked better than it did previously. He was prompt, called in advance of coming, knew his limitations, and was fair with the price. Overall, he did a good job with what he had to deal with. I would recommend him; very honest.

Mike was very professional and honest. He did an outstanding job cleaning the ceramic tile that was really grimy.

On time, did a good job. We originally asked for an estimate to just clean the tile, which makes up most of the house. He gave us a great price for the tile, then added five rooms of carpet cleaning for a little more. Then wife wanted area rugs done. Total less than other estimates for tile alone. Will hire again.
